What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very informative and helpful, always keeping me up to date with new updates and product features from Google that I may not be aware to enhance our listings, or flag inconsistency's that they notice to me. With the organization I'm at with over 3000 locations, keeping everything up to date and consistent is labor intensive and easily missed, but Yext definitely makes it so much easier to keep organized. Their support team is very engaging and I rarely have to follow up with them on my requests, they are very good at communicating and keeps me up to date with how requests are going, very reliable considering all the different timing it takes with different publishing networks and sites. They make my work easier by being so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes projects do take a bit long to complete, sometimes it's beyond their control as well. However they are very good at communicating and will get back on track in no time or even have things escalated again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data consistency, providing correct and timely updates that are optimized best for Google searches. Making sure all our data are consistent with all publishing sites, that updates and changes are pushed and reflected online asap. Utilizing new features Google provides that fits best to what we're trying to showcase on SERP (Google Posts, Secondary hours etc). These are all benefits I've realized with the help of Yext and their ability to suppress duplicates or incorrect listings to ensure clean and correct listings are very beneficial to our clients especially during Covid.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is simple and intuitive to use. I don't know how we could manage our store listings without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag between making the update within Yext and when it's read by Google. There isn't much Yext can do about this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of store hour updates, location info, etc. It has been especially beneficial during COVID as store hours changed frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensive library of help such as Hitchhikers program, in-depth analytics, ease of use, and helpful CSM
What do you dislike about the product?
Disconnect between support team and CSM sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing over 1000 listings! It has made life easier when trying to clean up information on all listings.

I like having a relationship with our Yext support crew and the way that the platform streamlines all of my business listings.

I dislike that there seems to be frequent issues with google/apple maps listings showing the hours input to yext.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Yext's support team and account managers that help us continue to stay up to date, provide field support, and keep us at the front of mind when new items launch. They helped us streamline the source of the truth across multiple platforms and provide up to date information for all of our customers looking for our stores and brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the 24 hour update period for online profiles, but not much that can be adjusted there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an online awareness issue with up to date information for our customers spread across multiple platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext is a great platform if you are managing multiple locations and information to help monitor and update with the latest information. Great experience with the teams in place and the support team is always happy to help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that whenever I have questions, I can bug my rep and he's always quick to respond and either schedule a call to get more info or solve the problem right then and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much. It's a pricey, albeit powerful, tool for a smaller company, I imagine. It's a no-brainer for a place with lots of locations, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with addresses being inconsistent across several directories and channels. Yext is super easy to use and update – even on a whim. For instance, many of our locations are in the southern U.S. and may experience sudden closures during hurricane season as regions are ordered to evacuate. Before, we would manually post across as many channels as possible and information may be conflicting. Now, we just log onto Yext and update temporary hours to show our customers that we're closed. We can even customize the message to explain it's for an evacuation. This helps our team tremendously so that we don't have to go back and edit old posts on social media. We always know our information on listings will be up-to-date!

What do you like best about the product?
They have great customer service, I always have someone to email. We started a major project with Yext just before COVID. COVID make this project a lot more complicated, making our account overall complex, but Yext was able to make all the required adjustments. We even wanted to add on additional feature to this project that is not standard to most implementations, but Yext has put in a lot of time to make it work. When we need to escalate an issue to Google, Yext is always there for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally key technical support teams are slow to respond/need to be followed-up with. They haven't made many improvements to their core Listings product in a while. Yext is limited often by what Google allows/offers, so not a knock on them really, but it's limiting sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage our store data at scale across on and off-site properties and make updates in record time. We also get advanced local analytics that would be almost impossible to get if we had to rely only on Google My Business.

Scalability, the platform's ease of use, aggregated local reporting and support
What do you dislike about the product?
Chanel conflicts can sometimes drag on for long periods of time, this makes onboarding new entities take a much longer time. Active listening to the client is sometimes lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves the problem of managing thousands of locations in one platform. This makes aggregated reporting easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the support team for questions and answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely a costly service, but overall we see it as a good value add to our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issues we have is getting service areas up and running. The benefits we've seen are near instant updates across hundreds of locations which was very useful when COVID hit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you have the budget, Yext provides a great service.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of both location management and analytics in one site is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting tickets, items can sometimes get lost with the reps. Overall, they always come through though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to import over 1,000 locations, respond to reviews across Google and Facebook, and integrate APIs to work with our software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The team at Yext is top-notch and super helpful. They are timely and help get our backlog cleared out as efficiently as possible.
