We love Yext and Hearsay for texting our customers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage. Team members love being able to text with their customers. When I needed additional lines the customer support team made it super easy to implement and integrate with each user in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Yext or Hearsay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers prefer communicating digitally via text messaging or social media and Yext makes it super easy to accommodate our customers and it also saves a lot of time not having as many phone calls or voicemails to have to return.
Powerful online presence management
What do you like best about the product?
Being in technology I appreciate that Yext has a tech forward approach to how they interface with various platforms. This allows for more flexibility and capabilities for our stakeholders in other departments that maintain our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the technical options it can get complicated and while there is a lot of documentation can get quite confusing and difficult to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping use keep a discoverable online presence where our guests can quickly find information about us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that its clear when a customer gives feedback and easy to message back especially is we need to remedy a negative review at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only say getting notifications within the moment would be nice.

It's giving me access to all platforms to see all reviews in one spot.

I like yext on the surface as a one stop tool but the deeper capabilities are not so obvious

Efficient and Reliable Digital Presence Management
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to manage accurate, consistent business information across all major platforms from one dashboard. It saves us time, improves visibility, and ensures our customers always get the right info—no matter where they find us. A great tool for any multi-location brand!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not personally experienced any issues with Yext.

Spreading my wings with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has allowed me to create a compliant online presence for my heavily regulated role with a Top Financial firm. Coming in, I was worried that compliance would prevent any type of Social Media profile to broadcast my updates as i progress through my career. Yext has created a myspace style approach to this! It has been super easy to use and I look forward in leveraging the platform as another marketing channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been a function that i have had issues with so far and don't see that happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves all digital governance issues for me by being the middle man between myself wanting a LinkedIn profile and Merrill Lynch wanting everything that I place online to be compliant and safe for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's ability to pull in customer reviews from multiple sources. It's made reputation managment much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Yext is that I don’t always receive email notifications when someone posts a review. This makes it easy to miss new customer feedback unless I manually check the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving the problem of inconsistent business information across multiple online platforms. Before using Yext, I had to update each directory or review site manually, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Yext, all my listings are synced from one place, which saves time and ensures accuracy across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more. This has helped improve our online visibility, customer trust, and ultimately, foot traffic and sales.

The support staff is very helpful and timely.

It is sometimes hard to use because edits sometimes do not populate, and you cand save them for later.
