Yext for Homebuilders
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has saved us hours of work by providing a dashboard that makes changes and updates simple and easy. We can update hours for an entire division with a few clicks. And their templates make large-scale or common changes very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We reuse telephone numbers in our model homes so we are constantly getting listings marked as duplicates. It would be helpful if there was a better way to manage that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is timely and effective listing management. With well over 100 locations, maintaining them with accurate information is a headache and the Yext platform makes that easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementation can take a while, but in their defense, we are dealing with a ton of information that needs to be correct. Other than that, I have been incredibly happy with how much easier Yext has made my work life.
Using Yext to Create and Maintain Your Digital Foundation is a Must
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is easy to use and update. They are great at adding and developing new features to make digital maintenance a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Yext for nearly 7 years from agency work to digital marketing manger. I can't think of a feature that I need, miss, or needs improving. Great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate suppression, quick and easy hour updates, GMB posting.
Yext is always on top of any requests we have and it is a great platform

The support is excellent. Our team is always quick to respond to any requests that we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would say I dislike about Yext as a company nor the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen great strides with managing our reviews and our local office pages are performing better and better each month.
YEXT USER AND LOVE IT
What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly tool, and the support staff is excellent. Very easy to work with, and I always walk away having had a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has a bit if a learing curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NAP and SEO have all been improved. Very easy to submit changes to prominent data vendors. We have been more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is streamlined and easy to use. I work specifically in responding to reviews. Also whenever there is an issue Yext support answers in a timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a negative experience with Yext. The platform is constantly evolving and optimized to match what are LasikPlus, LVI, and TLC's needs. Please refer above.

What do you like best about the product?
Our representative is attentive and responsive. Support is always happy to help. The analytics portion of Yext is extremely useful, thanks to our customized dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our GMB listings are being flagged by Google and the verification process is not ideal. We would like to work with Yext to create an easier process when adding new locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have a support ticket in for GMB verification. Yext has submitted incorrect third party listings for us, which has been incredibly helpful. A huge benefit to having Yext is utilizing the suppression feature and the ease of creating new locations.

Yext provides entry into various digital platforms and directories via their accessible and robust product offering suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to narrow down a singular thing, sometimes requests through Yext can become time-consuming due to their technical nature.

Through Yext, CoinFlip accomplishes clean multi-directory distribution of our location listings, increasing customer visibility.
Automatic, keeps track, and manages all social media at once
What do you like best about the product?
dealing finance, regulations of law and advisory facilities were never that good and easy. I always struggled to find a good firm that can help me out with all these matters professionally. Hearsay provides me help in maintaining my wealth management, insurance and all finance related issues advice alongside keeping the track of my social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
editing a post is very hectic. If I need to edit a post for whatever reason, I need to change the whole post by rescheduling/ un-scheduling the post. It’s so hectic that we need to do the whole work and sometimes it gets stuck and it just won’t work. Also, their mobile version is way more disturbing than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and choosing a time or date for them to upload is easier and handy. I love using hearsay because it helps me keep the track of interaction at my posts and give me all options to choose the content of my posts, suggest the good time to post them, schedule it and keep the track of everything, once I set it all up I can easily rely on it because it works automatically and I don’t need to worry about anything.
Yext the Ideal Local Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. The tech makes it easy to hone in on areas of improvement and where to spend our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some newer features need better QA and user testing to ensure they work smoothly for every type of Yext user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we've been able to tackle is bad data. Yext allows us to pinpoint where platrforms have bad data and take action like deleting or suppressing it.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and proactive in their approach to optimizing pages and listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic functionality for pages needs to be customized quite a bit to be really effective.

Closer to having a single source of information for locations across platforms.
