Good Platform, Looking for more hands on support
What do you like best about the product?
The visual organization is better than GMB.
As a marketing professional, I am comfortable with Google listings, but It's nice to have a support to ask questions through, you're not just completely on your own.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recently noticed that our account no longer has an assigned account manager—and unfortunately, we were never notified about this change. While the general support has been helpful, I’ve found that having a dedicated account rep made a big difference in resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
I recently raised a concern about the number of unsynced accounts we’re seeing. Despite making the recommended updates, the volume of errors hasn’t really decreased, and I don’t feel like I’ve received a clear or actionable resolution. I’d really appreciate having someone I can work with directly—just to ask questions and help troubleshoot ongoing issues.
Does Yext offer any kind of account outsourcing or managed services? I’d be very interested in having someone from the Yext team step in to help clean up and optimize our listings.

I have almost 500 google listings to manage, and it we wouldn't know about large scale issues without the insight that Yext provides

I love how attentive the support team is! Also, our rep Brady is fabulous!

I dislike the disconnect of communication between Google and Yext.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout of the platform, the modules are nice and easy to use. Preview feature is huge, before going live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more modules/freedom to do more content. Adding a contact me button to everyone on the team.

They are making websites easier to use and make edits. The search from google is great, because google picks up my team.
Easy To Use Platform-Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very user friendly. Anyone can learn how to use the system. It is very straight forward. I like how I can see my reviews in once place as well and multiple people can make posts. I use this weekly. My team utilizes hashtags, and the scheduling out option which saves me time during the week so i don't need to post daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more options to postings like a video or a link. Sometimes we are unable to posts a link on the original post and have to add it into the comments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing my team to handle our social media in one single place. It also allows my team to share the duties on the page. We can also keep track of reviews.
Yext: Mostly Good But Could Use Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has a very easier interface for me to update my financial advisors' websites. It is quite intuitive and really simple to use. Everything I need to find can easily be found using Ctrl+F.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for a Draft feature to be made available. It would help save time if I were to get an edit rejected or if I just wanted to show my advisor what their website would look like.

Yext is great with customer support and always has a terrific response upon reaching out to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext helps us manage our brand presence across the web—from search engines to maps to social media—all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It is a little slow with customer service. Although the service is helpful and most of the time there are resolutions the response rate can sometimes be 24-36 hours. For a brand like ours with 45+ locations we have to help manage alot of locations and sometimes this delay in customer support is really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just recently had a serious issue with Google where they suspended our listing for like the 3-4th time. They were not accepting our videos for verification and it was extremely troublesome but with the help of Chris he was able to get in direct contact of Google to get it resolved.

Some modules are unavailable, which makes it hard to edit it to your liking.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very easy to use and navigate through the process of creating/editing a website. Customer support is excellent and always reachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating to the approvals page is not as straight forward as it could be.

Learning Curve That Pays Off if You Strategize
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been great for bulk updating information across all of our locations and providers! It makes it easy for updating holiday hours, scheduling Google Business Profile updates, and adding information such as the company logo across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext isn't a plug-n-play platform. You need to have a strategic approach to listing management before you start and make sure you have the time to effectively launch the platform. You need an extensive amount of time to fill out all the profile information to get the full benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us send out up-to-date information across the web, especially for local SEO. We wouldn't have a hope of keeping all of that information updated across the board otherwise.
