Simple user interface and easy drag and drop to add images.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to reach out via email to the Yext associates and receiving quick service from a real person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the headshots for certain team members keep disappearing from website randomly.

They are helping us keep our website up to date.

N/A
Yext is easy to use and there's always support when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Yext keeps me updated on customer reviews and it's easy to post social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I cannot think of anything I don't like.

It's letting me know when a customer leaves a review so I can respond in a timely way.
Pretty Good Review Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the dynamic fields, so we can customize our responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is no way to archive a review if say, it's written for the wrong business or something that you are not going to respond to. So, if you strive for a zero-inbox situation, you will not get that. Also, there is no way to turn off the AI response tool, so you have to wait for that to populate and then delete. Definitely bogs down the time spent responding.

It solves the problem of responding to enterprise level reviews on many different review channels.

I like everything under one platform and it pushing out all of my information

It seems like a good idea in theory, but the customer service has a hard time helping explain what is happening

I'm not exactly sure, is it helping customers find me online and is that it? No one could explain that to me.
Service has gotten worse and consistency is completely lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of services. The plaftorm is easy to navigate and pretty intuitve which is nice since I use the platform daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if we set up a process, those processes often aren't followed. There's a lack of follow up, consistency, and proactive support. We have to stay on top of everything and all the processes or things fall between the cracks. Communication is poor and it feels like we are gas lit most of the time when we come across issues whether that be publisher related or Yext platform related. It is unfortunate how much time things take and we cannot seem to get any insight into that. We have wanted to expand our automated processes with Yext for years but either kept running out of hours or had no follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows us to get the information across the web more consistent. However, we have run into a lot of issues with the accuracy of that information.
Smooth process, easy use of website/customer service, professional, punctual, & follow up was quick!

Calling the customer service line and being helped efficiently and immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website would not update when doing changes on my own sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly they report any and all of the reviews via yelp, google, etc... Very user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind when it comes to dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track all of our reviews. That is the primary function that I use YEXT for.
