Yext helps us keep our business listings accurate and consistent everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Yext is how easy it makes it to manage our business information across multiple directories with just a few clicks. It saves us a lot of time and ensures consistency for our clients searching for us online. The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate the centralized control it gives us over our digital presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the price, especially for small businesses — it can feel a bit steep depending on the size of your operation. Also, some platforms don’t update as quickly as others, so there can be a slight delay. But overall, it's a solid and reliable solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps me keep all my agency’s business listings accurate and consistent across dozens of platforms, saving me time and reducing errors. Before using Yext, I had to manually update addresses, hours, and phone numbers across multiple directories, which led to confusion and lost leads. Now, I can manage everything from one place, and my clients find us more easily online. It has significantly improved our local SEO presence and credibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Yext across multiple initiatives—from store locator enhancements to data integration and seasonal content refreshes—and they’ve proven to be a reliable and strategic partner every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a PRO site and we have a RL site. I wish we had the updates we make for PRO to RL as well but that was reprioritized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of making updates in multiple different places, not knowing who in the orginazation makes updates to GMB, to Meta, to the store pages, this allows it all to be updated in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
That the updates are published quickly, and the template makes life really easy for choosing images and designing the website. They also offer one on one sessions for SEO & Analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the updates I attempt to push through come through the way I want them to.

What do you like best about the product?
Combining reviews across a variety of social media platforms into one efficient communication, expediting the time it takes to become aware of new reviews and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could reply to the Yext emails to initiate a response to a review.

Yext helps us monitor multiple review channels and alert us of new review to cut down the response time.

It's easy to track the information coming in and reply in a timely manner. Allows for easy implementation of communication efforts for customer support.

Can take some time to get used to the menus and navigation. It can also be difficult managing multiple systems along with this.

Allowing us to have visibility on our vast amount of retail locations that have reviews about our service.
Exciting new tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to adjust all holiday hours for the year in one quick sitting. I also love that it cuts out the middle man and possible delays in getting accurate hours updated in case of weather or other unforeseen crisis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have taken some time to work out the kinks with connecting with our software but I believe it has been resolved for the most part now.

Timeliness of getting updated hours to our clients
Yext is very helpful for my line of work as a marketing coordinator.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform and how intuitive it is. I can easily implement another search engine (Google) to help with my business.

I don't really see any glaring issues with the platform as of yet.

It is helping witht the posting of events as well as hours of operation for the company I work for.
