User Interface can be easy to manipulate

I can be a bit wordy at times, sometimes the information feels a bit repetitive

A Great Platform for Managing Listings
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is integral to handling location details for all of our stores. We use this platform daily. It is very easy to use once things are set up. The support team is very helpful when it comes to helping us manage issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up new locations in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext to push location information to various platforms for our many stores, as well as for reputation management. It is very helpful when it comes to saving us time, as it pushes information from one location out to over 70 individual sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Seems like a great platform to get the word out about what we offer, keep the world informed, boost your SEO and do it all compliantly with the company's blessing :)
What do you dislike about the product?
So far none that I know of about Yext specifically. Our company has policies and procedures to follow on how to update contact information that can be obscure, so it can be easy to confuse who is in charge of assisting with what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company maintains Yext as the only platform we can use for managing SEO and online information for our business, so they chose it for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It replaces a more cumbersome system for updating ads for each promotion. The best feature for me is that when the store is closed for a holiday, I only need to update it on the Yext site and not a multitude of sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to override a promotion that we were doing different than corporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is faster to upload a ad on Yext than it was with our other system. However, there is a feature on the other system that did not carry over (i.e. design before and after projects)

The convince of having everything together and using AI to respond to reviews!

I have not really found anything that frustrates me.

Great CMS to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Yext for almost a year on a daily basis, I can say that thanks to the vast number of features, it's easy to get quality pages deployed and updated in a short time as a software engineer. Different types of pages are quick to set up and running for both a shared preview for the client and locally. The platform is easy to understand, the SDKs are relatively well prepared for modern developer experience needs, resulting in quick experience when starting out with building websites. From my experience, the contributors to the open source libraries of Yext responded in timely manner, addressing the issues in days. The features fit most requirements of businesses, I sparingly had to reach out to or suggest third party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a software engineer perspective, error messages on platform and while using the software libaries are not always very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web content and search experiences for different sized webpages.
Easy Implementation/Setup and Quality Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext allows our company to manage numerous listings in one place. It has streamlined any updates we may have to our Google Business Profile and Apple listings, as well as other sites. We use Yext almost daily and have had little to no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using Yext are that it can be a bit tricky to learn the platform at first, however, they offer excellent assistance and customer service as well as a Yext Knowledge Base and Hitchhikers group which can help answer any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 75 Google Business Profile and Apple listings and Yext has streamlined the process of updating them, like office hours, adding updates, changing numbered, etc.
