Functional Service for Website Editing
What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows me and my team to collaboratively submit edits for their team website. It allows the website to be segmented into different parts, easily sorted by tabs and section options. I am able to access repositories of previously uploaded documents, embed videos, and use a variety of website styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be a bit slow to preview the changes and is a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows me to create and modify websites for my teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is a very easy to use platform with clear navigations. The immediate refresh rate is one of the most helpful aspects. I also love the AI response feature for my Google reviews. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no notes on how to improve Yext. It is a great platform and I am grateful for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of replying to all of my business' Google reviews. Also, the ease and quick-ness of updating my hours of my business.
Yext for Multi-Location, Multi-State Dermatology Practice
What do you like best about the product?
As the digital marketing lead for a dermatology organization with over 100 locations and more than 200 dermatologists, managing our online presence across numerous platforms is no small task. Yext has been an essential partner in streamlining our listings management and online reputation strategy.
Yext makes it easy to ensure that our information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across major directories and platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook. With so many providers and locations, manual updates were time-consuming and prone to errors. Yext’s centralized dashboard allows us to manage all of our listings from one place, saving countless hours and ensuring data accuracy at scale.
The reputation management tools are especially valuable. We can monitor reviews across all platforms, respond in a timely manner, its ease of implementation and integration, and generate insights that help us improve patient satisfaction and brand perception. Yext's alerts and sentiment analysis features have empowered us to stay proactive rather than reactive when it comes to online feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few changes in account executes over the years which has made it difficult to have a Yext expert be experts on our account. However, the Yext Help Desk is always very helpful and quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing hundereds of online reputation listings with ease so we don't have to manage at the individuall practice level. It helps solve a massive reporting headache by consolidating all of our listings and reviews in one spot.

I like how user friendly it is and detailed reports to gather information how my business is doing

Sometimes mobile log in lags a little for viewing scores

Knowing what aspect of my business needs improvement. Could be customer focus or order accuracy to better help my customers
Yext makes marketing myself easy
What do you like best about the product?
Yext creates a foolproof outline that makes it incredibly easy for me to follow when creating my website. The website looks beautiful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to dislike about yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an advisor with Merrill Lynch, yext allows me to market myself easily and seamlessly. Instead of creating my own website that looks half as good as yext's, I can just use yext's "plug and play" model to immediately create a website.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit the website easily through the Yext portal. Additionally, the Yext support team is always available by phone or email if I need to reach them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating that the updates don't happen automatically (for example, I have to wait to see a change reflected on the site). However, I realize this is probably due to compliance issues when working with a large enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext displays my team's contact information to clients and prospects. It also shares our bio and relevant articles that we'd like to share with the community.

certain company logos don't populate and time for approval.

Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Yext is their Knowledge graph. It's quite intuitive and takes all aspects of UX and SEO into consideration. The Yext team, from account managers to developers, are so helpful and make working together enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be tricky at first, but once it's setup (which Yext will assist with) it's a great tool to discover insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext to solve customers being able to find our information and ask questions. This benefits us by improving customer self-service, which reduces costs of call centers.

Its Benefiting me with online marketing my company reviews and brand market with content via blog etc..
Solves a lot of problems for multi location management if working properly

Yext is convenient to post, edit, view, respond to reviews all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a lot of issues with our locations falling off of the system, creating duplicate pages, reverting back to old info, and profile pictures/posts not linking properly.

Yext helps provide a one stop place to post to several social outlets instead of individually.
