Overall have had a positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with the Yext team overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like a lot of things I try to complete on my own through the Website never go through so I tend to always email the Yext helpdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unsure of what problems they are solving but I am sure any updates would help benefit me.
It works, but it definitely could be more user friendly

I like that you can preview your changes before submitting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not entirely intuitive or organized. Sometimes I want to change an item on the website, but I'm not sure what section of Yext Editor I should be going to in order to be able to change it. For example, if I want to change an icon, I have to go to the "Overview" section and then if I wanted to change the order of those icons, I have to go to the "Knowledge Graph" section of Yext Editor to rearrange the order.
Sometimes I wish you could view your website as a 3rd party would be viewing it, and then just click on the section you'd like to edit. A more user-friendly, simple version.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount the platform offers to you - listing management, website content management, social media manager, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes may be tricky to use, but once taught it is easy to figure out. You also need a decent amount of time to fill out an entire profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext offers a lot within itself. It is currently helping with location listings for over 100 offices we manage. The customization is great and easy to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Yext allows us to reach out to customers that have had less than stellar experiences. We are able to contact them and ask them to reach back out to us.

I like that it collates all the reviews from the various different platforms in one place, and makes it easy for me to see and respond to all the review comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it so easy to make sure all of our listings are consistent and easy to update. It saves me time and effort! Bonus: The customer support is so fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could turn off some sections in our listing intakes. It would make it easier to focus on the content we need to update instead of scrolling through the long page of options to fill out.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext offers lots of capabilities within itself. It allows me to track how well our web pages are performing. I'm able to get insights and monitor responses to our content. Additional capabilities like Sentiment Analysis are useful in categorizing the feedback in a fast and efficient manner. Analytics capability is also very useful. You can obtain essential information regarding your webpages through the dashboard. Report building capability allows you to dissect and analyze the data in ways that are useful for you. I use Yext a couple of times a month. It's easy to use and the implementation and integration doesn't take much time. Customer support is efficient, and they get back and guide you when you need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters and criteria used in reports can get overwhelming and a bit complicated. There are many perimeters that can confuse first time starters and users. It's always a good idea to get help and some training from Yext employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is able to help us in building employee profiles in a consistent manner. We're also using Yext to track the customer experience of our members that visit our branches. Yext provides us with the data and insights to determine how we should proceed with our SEO and what we should do to optimize our website traffic. Thanks to Yext, we're able to measure, track and improve all these aspects of our website and customer experiences.
Smart and Intelligence Custom Search Engine
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Google Custom Search Engine before Yext, but customization is very flexible and powerful. Search results content delivery is amazing and easier for customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm familiar with most of the terms but for beginners I would suggest to make adjustments related to terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for customer's journey for their desire program on the site, and more search visibility.

The data aggregation is hard to use. Running reports can be cumbersome.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has transformed the way we manage our business listings. Their customer service is also great. Every interaction I've had with their team has been helpful, and they are quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very feature-rich, which is part of what makes it so effective. However, this comes with a learning curve. It takes time to get fully comfortable with everything Yext offers.

Yext has been a huge help to our company by centralizing all of our business listings in one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and manually updating information, we now have a single hub to manage everything. This keeps our details consistent and accurate everywhere, which is critical for maintaining our professional image and customer trust.
