What stands out most about Yext is its strength in centralized data management and structured content delivery across digital platforms. For multi-location businesses, Yext helps maintain consistent and accurate listings on dozens of directories, which is crucial for local SEO.

Really don't have many issues with Yext.

Business details like hours, phone numbers, and addresses often vary across directories, which hurts SEO and customer trust. I like Yext because it is a solution to this.

They are so helpful and knowledge. Willing to think outside of the box to solve problems and truly help find solutions

Formatting can be challenging, but some of that is the banking regulations.

The platform works well for very large consumer businesses who require a large footprint.

The platform does not work well for smaller businesses or non-profit organizations with niche audiences.

A beautiful, professional looking website that is customizable enough to offer a unique service in a crowded industry
Works but not super user friendly

That it takes the guesswork of pushing out changes to multiple platforms. Saves time and energy for other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not overly simplistic to use -- there are areas within the account that unless you know where to go, you can't find it.
Great example - Google ID number for linking accounts. Also, when you first start showing yourself how to create various listings, there should be something.
Better ways to troubleshoot new listings if they do not connect.

The hundreds of othe rplatforms we can easily update in matter of minutes is truly helpful! We have been able to get added e to several platforms we were not aware would be good to join if not for YEXT
It has been good but there are a few tweaks that need to be made.

Quick notifications of reviews and able to respond.

Not being able to send them a revision link to correct their review after speaking with them.
