Good product and software, bad and slow customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite intuitive and very capable with many integrations and options. It's helped consolidate a lot of listings on multiple platforms with capabilities, being very easy to connect to multiple systems, even our internal tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management is extremely frustrating. The onboarding process was very slow and nonresponsive. Getting a reply from our account manager has been next to impossible. We followed up almost every day for 3 weeks and never heard back and had to Contact a new Sales person on the website to be able to get an answer. They will be responsive during signing and weeks surrounding renewals, but immediately crickets afterwards. Very disappointing and unproductive account management and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, we didn't have a consolidated platform to house all of our listings, and it is not scalable to keep signing up for individual platforms and manually inputting change on every single one for the many business locations that we have. Yext helps consolidate them and also give localized access to people on the field.
Yext for Online Reputation Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to monitor all the stores in my dispatch in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional ability to export data would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor all 47 stores in my dispatch easily.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can filter out reviews to only see 5 stars and certain locations at a time. I also like that you can search up key words in the reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any complaints since using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to reply to all comments from multiple platforms.
Yext is very user friendly, and allows for the creation and management of well built websites.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Yext is that it is simple to use. The display and interface is clean, and tabs/edits are easy to make. The yext support team is also very helpful, and are usually very responsive to inquiries and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dislike about Yext is the inability to 'save' drafts of tabs, or have your progress save while you are making edits. Across the board, your work being lost due to internet issues or exiting the tab by accident seem to happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving the length of time it takes to build out a custom website. It allows you to make changes, add resources, and get a website onboarded efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very responsive and service oriented. They have very capable employees who are very willing to help and really know/understand the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything to dislike! Yext is a great firm with a great customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are establishing a new team website for a new team of financial advisors. They requested their own website as opposed to the existing one. This is benefitting us because now, people are able to see that we are a team!
Easy to use

I like that Yext makes it easy to manage and update business info across multiple platforms in one place.

I dislike that Yext can be expensive and sometimes feels overly complex for smaller businesses.

Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Every time we have reached out to YEXT, they have provided a great customer service experience and when they could not accommodate our requests they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Most of the times when I called, the agents were very professional and assisted to the best of their abilities. The website editor, although it is limited, it provides an ease of use for us the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had times where the website editor was limited to what it could be done, and it required us to reach out to customer support for additional assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YEXT is solving our website been professionally done and attracts business from future clients.
Feature rich but looks templated, with lackluster customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes and organizes information that would be otherwise very difficult to maintain, allowing for organization collaboration and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough flexibility or aesthetic customization to have your company's brand ownably or uniquely expressed without a heavy tech lift. Interactions with product teams were very positive, but the account side of the business lacks technical competency—also lots of meetings that could've been quick emails.

Centralization of business information, SEO strategy, and landing pages.
