What do you like best about the product?
Yext is the best in the Digital Presence Management field because it provides an all-in-one platform that ensures businesses maintain accurate, consistent, and optimized information across every digital touchpoint, driving visibility, trust, and customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price could be high for some and it does take some time learn the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps me as an insurance agent by ensuring my business information is accurate and consistent across all major online directories, increasing my local visibility and credibility. Its AI-powered search and website tools make it easier for potential clients to find the answers they need quickly, improving their experience and saving me time on repetitive inquiries. With automated updates and centralized control, I can efficiently manage my digital presence while focusing more on serving clients and growing my book of business.

Very easy to use and understand!

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I love most about Yext is that it is super easy to use and understand. I love when there is an issue the customer support is the best. I use this very frequenly almost every day. There is a easy implementation of finding out what really matters the most when it comes to review from my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike about Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving problems about what are the great things customers are saying about my agancy but also it lets me focuse on what someone might not be happy about, and making things better.

Good Tool, Needs More Responsive Employees

What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it very easy for our business to stay organized with numerous location listings on Google. The label piece is especially helpful as we group different brands. The interface is also very simple to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to get support and we've gone through several reps. I wish they were more responsive without having to bring in our agency to get a response. Customer service also speaks to us like they would a developer and it can be difficult to follow if that isn't your role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to manage our google business listings and responses to reviews. This helps us interact better with our customers and ensure that we're crafting quality responses in a timely manner.

Everything is in one place. Should be simple to use.

I don't know enough about it and would like one on one training and a training guide.
