What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Yext for several years now and it has been a game-changer for our team. The product consistently saves us valuable time, streamlines our processes, and delivers exactly what we need.
What stands out just as much as the product itself is their customer service — it’s truly A+. Our representative (Andy) is responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re supported.
I highly recommend Yext to any team looking for efficiency and exceptional service!

What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that we do not like about Yext from our experience.

Easy set up for managing and monitoring all listings for 1000+ customers
Yext was the first tool I recommended when I started a new job!
What do you like best about the product?
Every staff person we have worked with, from sales to support, has been very helpful and attentive. The platform makes responding to reviews seamless and we use it daily. We also have the listing tools and they have been easy to use and helpful for our multi location business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but support is very helpful as is the documentation.

The menus are not always as intuitive as I would like.

Interface is not great. Confusing and the editing process takes awhile for approval but quick once you talk to a physical person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to do bulk updates to my listings inside the platform. I manage over 300 listings, and being able to upload them all at once is very efficient. I also like that I can upload hours for listings efficiently. I also like the timely syncs that are reflected to the external listings (google, facebook, yelp, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a way to "tag" other users in the chat feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update multiple listings at once, bulk updates. It saves me a lot of time.

Yext has Centralized control and efficiency that is primary advantage is providing a single dashboard to manage and update a company's listings across more than 150 online directories, search engines, and mapping services, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Apple Maps.
This saves significant time and effort for us and by pushing updates to listings in real time, Yext ensures consistent and accurate business information across the web, which is a major factor for improving local SEO.
The platform includes tools for monitoring and responding to reviews from multiple sites within a single interface, which is critical for maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Recent updates to the platform have incorporated AI to automate customer interactions, analyze sentiment in reviews, and craft on-brand responses.

Its high price point and the less expensive starter packages provide limited value compared to the cost.
If our business cancels its Yext subscription, listings typically revert to their pre-Yext state. This creates a reliance on the service, as all the previously synced data is no longer maintained.

In concept, I love Yext and having everything in one place.

My agency controls everything though, so it's very difficult to access a lot of information, or to get support on Yext beyond AI (not helpful).

It's nice to make one post that goes to many sites. Also, being able to access reviews and respond to them.

What I like most about Yext is the peace of mind it gives me. Once I set it up, everything felt seamless. I don’t have to manually update Google, Facebook, or other directories. Yext handles it all in one place. The implementation process was actually easier than I expected, and the support team was helpful in making sure I understood how to use it.
I use Yext often, probably a few times a week, just to check on updates or peek at the analytics. It’s simple to log in, see what’s happening, and move on with my day. I also like that it integrates smoothly with the platforms I already use, so I don’t feel like I’m juggling separate tools.

At first, there was a bit of a learning curve because the platform offers so many features. It felt like a lot to take in, but once I got comfortable, it became second nature. Honestly, aside from that, I don’t have major dislikes. Yext does exactly what I need: keeps my business information accurate, visible, and professional.
