It has a pretty clear layout once you are able to find what you are actually looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find what you are looking for. Things move sometimes and sometimes it is hard to edit because it is unclear

It is able to display our unique information on our website

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and somewhat practical. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is limited especially when it comes to submitting event for approval. It is not consistent at all. We had an old team pictures that still showed up even though we have replaced it.

What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning from old platform to new one was straightforward and simple. Easy to input edits to site. Customer support was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. More customization options would be nice.

It makes it easy to promote our team/advisors in a way that maintains compliance standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext manages all of our business listings across the internet to keep information accurate about openings and closings. It's easy to use, fairly easy to set up and necessary if your business has a lot of entities on google, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext is a good platform for what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping information up to date across web directories on google, bing, yelp, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The Yext platform is instrumental at helping businesses be successful by ensuring their brand is displayed prominently among various highly trafficked sources on the internet. Managing local businesses is a tedious and arduous task and the Yext platform can make things significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext out of the box analytics not as strong as I would have liked. Would be helpful for a all in integration between GBP and GSC to better understand local's impact to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all our business locations are displayed prominently and consistently on the interwebs.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes updating all of my businesses hours and details on multiple platforms simple. It is very user friendly and straightforward. When I have had a question yext customer service is quick and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Everything has been great!

It allows me to make updates to my business pages on multiple platforms in one simple, easy to use location.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can see how my business is doing on multiple levels! We use it every week to track our businesses growth and feedback and it helps us know where we can focus our energy within our organization to make it better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little challenging to navigate if you have multiple businesses on the platform to filter the information one specific business profile but it is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us see what feedback we are getting and helps us know where to focus improving our customer experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Yext lets me update every listing for our newly acquired offices in just a few clicks—no more spreadsheet juggling. The bulk‑edit tools, duplicate cleanup, and clear analytics keep our name, address, and phone info consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one gripe: Yext skips a few of the niche and regional directories we rely on after all our acquisitions. Broader coverage would make it a true one‑stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple listings, especially post-acquisition.
