What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to upload details for my team and my business to communicate with our potential customers.

The platform is not as user friendly as I'd like it to be.

I have found that Yext is a wonderful tool to keep the thousands of websites that I administrate updated.

At first it seems a bit overwhelming, however once I have familiarized myself with the platform I have found it user friendly.

It provides a way for me to answer reviews.

Sentiment analysis feels too basic - lacks nuance in identifying themes or tone

Two key business problems:
- Maintaining accurate and consistent information across channels: With multiple locations and platforms, it's critical our business details (hours, phone number, services), etc. are always up to date. Yext simplifies by centralizing listings management and ensuring consistency across directories, which reduces friction for members trying to find and connect with us.
- Managing and responding to online reputation at scale: Yext enables us to monitor and respond to reviews from various platforms in one place, which helps us stay on top of member feedback, identify trends, and take actions quickly. It also helps elevate positive sentiment and address concerns before they impact trust or satisfaction.

The site makes it easy to make edits and overall navigating

Yext allows me and my team to make updates in a timely manner. The site is pretty user friendly as well making it easy for users of all ages to assist. It was very easy to integrate our site into the new platform.

The ability to edit and format isn't very broad.

Yext is allowing current and future clients know more about me and my team in hopes it will help maintain current clients and expand our book as well.

Easy to use and aggregates customer reviews across my company website, Facebook and Google.

There is not an easy way to send a request to a customer to update their review in the event of an error or misunderstanding.
