YEXT for the most part is easy to use, the support team is helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Yext for the most part is pretty seemless to use. I also enjoy their customer service support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pages end up confusing me - I may just need better help navigating but Ive been using it for years.

Our website. We use YEXT to make any and all website changes

Easy to use and keeps all our entities well-organized, making them easy to update individually or collectively.

Their customer service feels like they try the minimum.

Powerful and Smart, But Takes Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Yext Relate connects everything in one place — it's smooth and feels well-organized. The ability to manage customer interactions, knowledge content, and support all within the same platform saves a lot of time. The AI-driven suggestions are actually useful, and it helps keep responses consistent and on-brand without feeling robotic. I also appreciate how searchable everything is — you can find answers fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, and the learning curve is steeper than I expected. Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially when you're just getting started. And while the AI is helpful, sometimes it needs a bit of tweaking to really match the tone I’m going for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext Relate is solving the problem of scattered, inconsistent customer communication. Before, it was tough to keep everything aligned — answers varied, and it took too long to find accurate info. Now, everything is in one place, and the AI helps surface the right responses quickly. That’s made things more efficient for me and reduced back-and-forth with customers. It also helps create a better experience for them since they get faster, more reliable answers.

Easy to use and very simple. This is my first time using it and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I live everything about it. I dont think it needs a change.

Good, easy, platform for all of your reviews in 1 area.

Sometimes it doesn't allow you to stop invitations that haven't already been sent yet.

Yext is keeping all my reviews in 1 centralized place, that makes it easier for me than jumping in different systems to control reviews.
Awesome and Streamlined!
What do you like best about the product?
First off, their software is so much better than what we have used in the past. Ease of use, ease of integration, and they streamlined the entire process for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides - I had a great overall experience.

Their reporting was great, and they helped manage my online presence which is crucial in today's day and age.

Adoption of technology and automations to increase in efficiency.

There is so much data and info that you really have to work at learning and putting the data to use to help you grow.

Yext storefront photos
What do you like best about the product?
seemed like a decent UI to use. Seemed easy to follow the steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It worked about 10% of the time. Not sure if it was a yext issue or Specialized issue but it was very clunky and did not work very well when we were trying to update storefront photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be nice to be able to update storefront photos in an easy way. The businesses do appreciate having a way to do that, but it was hard to make it work.
Yext is a great inexpensive way to generate business.

Yext sends me emails to update me on what clients are saying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients sometimes have a billing issue that is out of my hands give a negative review when it was out of my hands.

Yext somewhat solves the problem of advertising.
