Super easy website building!
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, customer support was on top of it when i had a question!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all, its super easy to use. not a huge fan of the prefilled options but i think that was the companies decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing and keeping my website active without me having to do much.
All in one platform for all your social reviews
What do you like best about the product?
You can see everything all at once without the need to transfer and go through different sites. You can even filter through the different reviews sites as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are just like with other review sites you can't directly respond on yext

Seeing where our shortcomings are with Service as a restaurant

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage every aspect of my business for all 45 locations where we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control over reviews and being able to delete tasks that the customer has deleted on their end. Data is also not always clean but its by far cleaner than more third party sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing me to manage all of my socials in one location across all platforms including my website.
Not user -friendly and lags
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can click through the sections easily, the type face is easy to read. The layout is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like being kicked out of my web page after making 3-4 edits without them being auto saved, or that the edits you make in Yext do not translate over to the site. I had to email Yext support to get the changes that were accepted to show up on my team's page. I should be able to make the edit, have it approved, and be able to see it on my site without me having to follow up with someone to make sure it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to have one place where I can make edits, get them approved, and track the process of what has been approved. I also like being able to see the dashboards and measure where people are clicking the most and what other pages they navigate to. It would be great to track their path through the site.
Makes managing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use YEXT to collect and review customer sentiment & update our location specific google information. For collecting review data the monthly overview makes this process a breeze and allows us to pivot quickly to major concerns.
For managing google search information YEXT allows total control and individuality for all our locations making the many requests we receive daily seem manageable.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for changes to go live and updating some of the data is a convoluted process if you are unfamiliar with YEXT

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and convenient to use, as it eliminates the need to look up our clinic, review, filter, and scroll. For a clinical manager who logs in every day to use and retrieve our reviews, it has been a lifesaver when it comes to time and has decreased my time during my meeting to go over reviews. Thank you.

What I love most about Yext is how easy it makes it to manage our business information across multiple directories with just a few clicks. It saves us a lot of time and ensures consistency for our clients searching for us online. The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate the centralized control it gives us over our digital presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the price, especially for small businesses — it can feel a bit steep depending on the size of your operation. Also, some platforms don’t update as quickly as others, so there can be a slight delay. But overall, it's a solid and reliable solution.

Yext helps me keep all my agency’s business listings accurate and consistent across dozens of platforms, saving me time and reducing errors. Before using Yext, I had to manually update addresses, hours, and phone numbers across multiple directories, which led to confusion and lost leads. Now, I can manage everything from one place, and my clients find us more easily online. It has significantly improved our local SEO presence and credibility.
