Efficient and User-Friendly, But Listing Costs Are High
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Yext is to use and the great support team. It saves us team time by allowing us to lean on the Yext support team, so we can prioritize other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listing licenses could be a bit cheaper. They are quite expensive (around 500 a pop), wish they were more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for listings and duplicate suppression, which solves those problems effectively. It also saves team time by utilizing the great support team, allowing us to prioritize other tasks.
Effortless to Use with Perfect Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext for work and it helps me manage my hours of operation. It's easy to use with easy options through the web browser, and most things are easy to find. The initial setup of Yext was super easy. I like everything about it, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

I use Yext to manage my hours of operation easily. It's straightforward to use through the web browser, and most features are simple to find.
Exceptional Support and Effortless Location Management
What do you like best about the product?
Our rep is very responsive and helpful, Their help articles are able to assist me with most issues, and they make managing locations pages for our multi-units easy. It is a platform our team uses daily to manage our reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an app to make changes when you are away from the office yet but that is coming soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our reviews for our locations and responding to urgent reviews on our behalf - this frees up a lot of time on our small team to focus on other projects
Centralized Management and Intuitive Analytics Make a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized Management being able to see all of the information in one locations. The interface is user-friend easy to use and straightforward. Able to see and create different analytic reports giving insights to our customers' behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem I encountered, which may be due to my lack of expertise with APIs, was that I was simply provided with links to search for information on my own. I would have appreciated more direct guidance about the specific issue, rather than just being given links that might relate to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool gives our store managers immediate insight into how they are serving our customers, along with actionable feedback they can use right away, rather than having to wait for someone at headquarters to compile a monthly report. We can easily access the data ourselves and build custom dashboards so that all managers can review feedback as needed.

It can be somewhat complex. It takes time to truly know what it can do.

Yext is designed with ease of use in mind. Everything is laid out clearly, and the tools are simple to access and understand, making the entire experience smooth and efficient.

I haven’t run into any issues so far. Everything has functioned as expected, and I haven’t found anything I would consider a drawback yet.

Yext helps us keep customers informed whenever our store hours change—whether it’s due to holidays, construction, or any unexpected adjustments. By making updates quickly and consistently across all platforms, it ensures our customers always have accurate information, which reduces confusion and improves their overall experience.
Streamlined Review Management, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext makes it easy to reply to reviews from different social platforms like Google Business, BBB, and Yelp. The AI software is great at reviewing the verbiage from the initial participant and crafting a dynamic response while also informing us where the review originated and who it is from. I really enjoy the generation feature, where I can generate a link to direct customers or participants to provide feedback. It creates a QR code and provides an easy link to copy and paste into other platforms. The initial setup of Yext was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Generation feature was more eye-catching and user-friendly. Right now, the links and QR codes are generated into an Excel sheet that I have to then take an extra step and download onto the computer.

I appreciate that Yext helps me easily respond to reviewers for my business account. I like the simple platform and the quick ability to see what's there and what needs to be responded to. I mainly use the response to reviews feature.

I don't like the limited capabilities to connect to other platforms and message with users from one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how hands-on the Yext team is, and they are very communicative, especially about our needs. Using Yext for listing management helps us keep all listings up to date by editing in one place, which increases our efficiency. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more reporting, but think that will help with scout. More detailed reporting and better visuals.
