What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to manage multiple review channels and especially Google Business updates all in one place. Having everything consolidated helps us maintain consistency across platforms and saves time. The interface is straightforward, and the core features deliver value. Their customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support. The UX/UI is easy to figure out. We don't use it on a daily or weekly basis as it's purely for location management, but it saves a lot of time without needing to log into multiple platforms each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core product is strong, Scout feels a bit premature and doesn’t provide enough value to justify the extra cost. I also wish we could take better advantage of more advanced features like AI rankings (Scout), but it feels like it's not intuitive enough or fully developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of managing each channel separately, we can update and monitor everything from a single dashboard. This saves time, reduces the risk of inconsistencies across platforms, and makes it easier to maintain a professional and accurate online presence.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been an amazing, trusted vendor in the financial services space. They continue to innovate and keep us on the cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have as much control of the core product which can be frustrating. For example, the left-hand nav in the Knowledge Graph is horrible and we had no say on its implementation.

Tools within the site will change or move with no notice, for example the Export button.

Yext is the real deal

What do you like best about the product?
Yext gives you control of your local directory profiles in one place which is very powerful. They offer other benefits as well if needed. The product is very easy to use and I can pass it on to my entire team and they get it quickly. Setup was a breeze and their support is very helpful. Once you setup everything, you only need to go in when you have changes on your end to update or refine content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While you can make updates in Yext, there is no guarantee on when the partners will update their content especially for smaller partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 17 hotels in our porfolio, we use Yext as a single place to update our information and have it go out to all of their partners. It is easier than remembering all of the partners and their systems individually. This makes things easy when we have turnover or when someone at one of the hotels wants to make their own updates.
