What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been helpful in keeping real time updates from customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools within the site will change or move with no notice, for example the Export button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping locate bad reviews so we can improve our customer experience
Yext is very user friendly and I love to utilize it in office.

Yext is the real deal
What do you like best about the product?
Yext gives you control of your local directory profiles in one place which is very powerful. They offer other benefits as well if needed. The product is very easy to use and I can pass it on to my entire team and they get it quickly. Setup was a breeze and their support is very helpful. Once you setup everything, you only need to go in when you have changes on your end to update or refine content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While you can make updates in Yext, there is no guarantee on when the partners will update their content especially for smaller partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 17 hotels in our porfolio, we use Yext as a single place to update our information and have it go out to all of their partners. It is easier than remembering all of the partners and their systems individually. This makes things easy when we have turnover or when someone at one of the hotels wants to make their own updates.

Yext is allowing us to keep our listing information consistent across 100s of locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has taken a while to get up and running, but most of that is due to publisher limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows us to keep our listing information consistent across thousands of listings by keeping one source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
The data visualization is clear, insightful, and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I haven't run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps my role by providing clear, intuitive guided user interfaces for me to use in my demos. My clients enjoy how simple the tools are, which is great because I don't have a lot of support issues to solve.

Yext is fast, simple, and easy to use. Make changing my hours for my work location a breeze

So far I have yet to have any dislikes. Yext is newer to myself and my team.
