Centralize Concept and Integrated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ring central video is very useful in meeting especially on its various features that provide clear video conferencing, clear audio, provides options for screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing the fact that video conferencing uses more bandwidth usage, it requires a strong internet connection. It would be great to have an option for Ring Central Lite, which will have a lesser interface and bandwidth usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For urgent inquiries for the team, asking for assistance, updating the team, and sending updates for solutions Ring central is timely and relevant for those matters, which allows the team to answer in various perspectives.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is adequate for everyday use. I am able to make and receive calls without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does provide a list of all calls made and received with is very nice, although I haven't found a way to delete calls as of yet.

A simple video communications software done right
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the most helpful things about RingCentral Video include how easy it is to use and how quickly meetings can be set up and shared within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the software or features that I necessarily dislike. I will say that it isn't anything new in its field though, as many competitors offer the exact same service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Video solves the problem of communicating in a remote work environment on complex issues that can't be solved over a message. This software also helps collaboration with teammates in other time zones as well.
Magnificent and superb application
What do you like best about the product?
While I was working for a company, I used Ring Central for the first time, and I think it is the best tool because of the following reasons

What do you dislike about the product?
While using it for more than years, I have never encountered any disliked feature reason being their live support was always there to help me out with any problem or challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lagging issue has been solved with the RingCentral Video as a real-time result are shown it does not lag even for a second as well that has helped me and my team a lot.
One of the best conferencing tool for audio and video
What do you like best about the product?
It is a cloud-based system which is very helpful because software, hardware, training and maintenance space and cost are reduced. Resources time is decreased tremendously because of this tool. It has multi-level IVR, which is a good feature. Voicemail and greeting is an addon. The call recording and forwarding feature is a very useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot customize the conference call greeting message, which is a little disappointing. There is no direct linux support. Sometimes the pricing is little high compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vendor offers very reliable customer and tech support. The audio and video quality is excellent. The fax functionality and chat feature are very good additions. Remote employees can easily be added to the calls. IVR and call routing are easy to deploy.

The user interface is beautiful,modern and intuitive.

I do not think I have anything to dislike.

Being able to communicate with another Unified communications platform with all in one place.
Worthy one
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central Video has excellent features like we can make international calls, with a high standard of quality and features. Although the budget is affordable, my experience with the Ring central is excellent overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, but it would be great if they added more features, such as conference calls with more people and video recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Ringcentral Video for customer conference calls and internal meetings for a small groups. We can make calls to countries that have subscribed with good quality.
