Review for Ringcentral
What do you like best about the product?
It has phone app and it is budget friendly.It is a beneficial application to communicate with customers. It has a good communication and tools to integrate to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part in ring central is contactingthe technical support. Over time usuage leads to a lot of bugs. Technical tteam takes to lot of time to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we need to get in touch with our customers and employees in a quick manner. Ring central provides best service which is very great. Both we and customer are very happy.
RingCentral for students
What do you like best about the product?
While completing my doctoral degree my professors utilized RingCentral for our meetings. It was convenient for our meetings and it allowed for us to accomplish our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a program that took up a lot of space on my MacBook. As much as it was convenient it would have been more convenient to stick to the same program such as Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving how to navigate online learning and being successful over the internet. It is just not needed over zoom and google meet. However it is not a bad option.
We love RingCentral and all the features within!
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the messaging application Glip the most, but also love RingCentral Meetings and RingCentral soft phone options. Furthermore, installing and configuring was easy and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
User setup was the only thing we struggled with. The process was kind of difficult at first but we eventually figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral gives our operators the ability to connect to our bridge without specific phones lines being run - as a VoIP alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral Video offers us integrated video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration in HD Video Quality also you can share your screen as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral Video is expensice for small businesses or individual users. and totally dependence on Internet.

it helps me to get remote communication and recording and playback meetings for future reference or sharing.

The user interface on the web portal is easy to use and convenient

Upside is using it from multiple venues, tablets, phones, laptops, etc.

Not having to holler to each other through the building

My staff has only 40 minutes. The zoom interface is horrible.

Communication with staff remotely and in other offices is made easier.
Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and convenient way to connect in meetings! Doesn't take long to find a meeting. The buttons are clearly labeled and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The taskbar that includes all the button options can sometimes be in the way of my search bar on google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joining meetings to get help with Webgility and Quickbooks! saves me time and confusion.
Ringcentral, okay system. Could be revamped.

Click to call is a positive aspect of RingCentral.

After using the same number for a day calls will stop connecting and I have to switch numbers.

It definitely beats having to call from my cell phone. It gives me a work line without taking too much effort on the set up.
