What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the layout of the app. Plus the upside it's super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always make sure you have a stable internet connection with any program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to assist drivers in finding the correct location for shipments to be picked up or delivered. It allows me to see what their BOLs say and to identify shipping lables. It is a great form of communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Rigcentral is Easy to use. It has a number of feratures which saves. The customer support is also superb. The connection is also good.

there is nothing to deslike. This is the best app.

What do you like best about the product?
Accomplishes what it's designed to do. App is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it easier to do a slack huddle or Google Meet and don't end up using it a lot. We get occasional messages from clients on it which is helpful, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives customers a place to call in and lets our team all be able to hear it.

Advanced VoIP functions that scales well and integrates AI

What is our primary use case?

I am primarily working with Zoom products, including Zoom Video, Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Webinar, and Zoom Contact Center. I also have experience with RingCentral, where I have helped customers with their phone system and resolving configuration issues.

What is most valuable?

RingCentral has a good implementation of voice over IP and is easy to use, enabling a range of VoIP functions. It is scalable, serving large companies with up to 10,000 users. 

Additionally, they are starting to incorporate AI into their systems, though Zoom is more advanced in this area.

What needs improvement?

RingCentral could improve by incorporating more advanced AI functionalities, as Zoom currently has AI integrated across their products.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used the solution for a couple of years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

RingCentral is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

RingCentral scales well, serving large companies with potentially up to ten thousand users.

How are customer service and support?

I haven't personally used RingCentral's customer service, however, the medical practice I assisted found it difficult to get in touch, mainly due to a lack of common technical understanding between users and technical support.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

It's slightly more difficult to set up than Zoom, but still much easier than on-premises systems like Avaya or Cisco Unified Call Manager.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing on RingCentral can be confusing due to numerous surcharges and fees, making it important to consider all fees for a true comparison with other services. Zoom, however, is more competitive and does not have additional fees.

What other advice do I have?

If I were assisting a client in an RFI or RFP process, I would include RingCentral as a solution to consider. 

Overall, I rate the solution as nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Ringcentral video app has a multiple features thats help to in professional life. Video conferencing is easy and also a calling feature is simple and good sound.

Ringcentral does not have a all features in one places like screen sharing and screen control remote access. Etc .

Adding a screen control, remote access and confarance help to in a professional organisation during conducting a meeting.

People are not very familar and reluctant to install the new app for the video conference.

It is just like another video conferencing software. But the best thing is that it has good bandwidh to handle, never lags.
