What do you like best about the product?
Simple, mobile, and desktop integration is flawless. Lets me continue a meeting I started on my laptop over on my mobile when I need to run out of the office. Unlike Zoom, my meetings aren't limited to 40 min.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing in particular. I haven't needed any support at all yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with teams and balancing personal calls and friend meetings. One platform does it all so easily and elegantly for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Kick the tires and try the free version to see for yourself how well the product works.

Straightforward messaging and chatting application that works efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
What are the best features of Glip, you say? Well, I'll tell you, having all of your associates together in one convenient location to chat and message makes communication much more manageable. Essential functions that are very helpful are the favorites tab, creating and managing teams, and the show unread feature. Multiple different formats of files can be sent and images; being able to access files and photos from the sidebar quickly is excellent. Having a dark theme mode is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to dislike about Glip. The only thing that comes to my mind is that the gif search function does not have a "filter" on it, so some search results are not appropriate for corporate environments. If there were a way to turn on a safe search or something like that would undoubtedly improve this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the number one key we are solving with Glip. There are many benefits to using Glip, mostly being improved communication and teamwork. Having all of your coworkers in one convenient location to update and communicate with is perfect.

GLIP, Better...but still a bit of room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Phone, fax, text, and video integration are in one convenient place for access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone transfer service is a bit "clunky" requiring some additional steps to transfer a call than in previous versions. A rearrangement or expansion of the phone-keypad with transfer functionality on the main keypad without having to go to a second or third page would be a BIG improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage communications at all levels, phone, text, and video conferencing can all be scheduled and managed in one place. MS Office and Calendly integration is a big plus as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Affordable, reliable VOip Solution. Expandable as needed to serve the changing needs of your business. Full integration gives you everything you need to run your business from anywhere in the world.

User friendly, powerful to communicate & collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and the free version works with your internal team & external guests. You can assign tasks with deadlines on the same group chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have “board” view available and to be able to remove contacts you no longer need from your list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times, some of the participants in a particular group have challenges assigning tasks, but it does not happen in all groups for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other collaboration tools are overwhelming to manage not Glip. I was able to substitute all other messaging programs and integrated collaboration with groups/teams on the same app. It syncs with all my devices immediately.

Teams are efficient with Glip

What do you like best about the product?
Glip has a nice way to improve our communication in the office and create a simple environment for us to communicate and discuss our ideas as well as our tasks. Firstly, I like that the interface is easy to navigate and supplies us with nice integrations that can be used in the chat to increase our productivity.
I love the way Glip is a lot more business-focused than any other chat software, as it combines professionalism and communication, helping me communicate with my team in a way I can also organize incoming events thanks to the calendar and file sharing features. Another favorite tool from this app is the way it stores everything in the cloud with different and identifiable workspaces so it’s easier to look through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video chat tool is not the most reliable and I don’t use it that often for the same reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my time using Glip, I’ve loved the way its efforts have improved my communication with all employees and office workers. Here’s the thing: we tend to manage multiple projects and events at the same time, so communication is a crucial part of it and it needs to be done efficiently so that there are no mistakes in anyone’s part. Glip has managed, especially now, to get us back in place with our work and helped us organize our upcoming events and projects while also helping me organize group chats and keep track of assigned tasks from all workers that are in different departments but still contribute to our projects. I love the way Glip makes it so easy to have everything in one place and it doesn’t feel draining to use this software as it is easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Glip is useful if you want to be able to look through past information that can be used for future projects. With Glip there’s no need for emails as it stores everything in the app itself.
