RingCentral is reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The outlook/RingCentral integration is seamless, making video call info available in the calendar invite with one click. The chat, screen sharing, and mouse control sharing functions are very handy
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a few different apps, so it sometimes is confusing which one to use. But the product is excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral has facilitated our company's remote work policy and helped support employee collaboration in this flexible WFH environment.

Voice or Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's a free tool which can be used for voice , video calls, chatting , file sharing. It has nice user interface and easy to use for their business, in which I like, if mistakly wrong message sent to anyone it can be editable. I would recommend this for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doubt Everything is not complete, it has some how limitations. During start its take some time to load, it may be my internet issue or with application. Overall its good tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I am chatting with my colleagues, or sharing business files or screen shot or MS office file it shows clear that's thing I like alot. Other thing is it's easy interface.
Great low cost video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
We use this for a non-profit board that I am on because it works very well for both video and audio when some board memeber can only call in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need to resend the invites because they don't work for some reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having board meetings during this Pandemic since we can't meet face to face
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful about who sends the invite links if you need to add people later
RingCentral Helps Event Planners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface the most. I am not the best at navigating technology, so I enjoy how simple it is to use. As an event planner, I have a lot of calls and video chats to make with clients and vendors. It is important to me to have such an efficient tool like RingCentral that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of RingCentral's support team. If you have any technical difficulties that you need assistance with, their team will not be much of a help. They are an extreme hassle to deal with in my personal experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central allows me and my team to boost our levels of engagement with clients and vendors. It is a great tool to increase overall workplace efficiency and allow me to reach my goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Was an easy to set up as any other service like this for a meeting/screen share (Zoom, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed anything that bugged me when I used this software.

Holding meetings with consultants allowing us to view and control each others screens.
Easy and fast work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used ring central too many times, it is very easy to use nice sound quality without any noise, easy to use for everyone.

User interface can improve lil bit more.

We are having international clients, and ring central provide you a best platform from where we can easily connect with them, without any disturbance
Easy to use on the go!
What do you like best about the product?
Since I work mostly from home, it's so helpful to use RingCentral so that clients can reach me, but I don't have to use my personal cell phone. You can dial straight from the app as well as receive calls or voicemails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue I had with RingCentral was figuring out the setting on the app on my phone - I wanted to make sure it'd ring when someone called me. It took me a little bit but i got it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps make my transition between working in the office and working at home seamless - so I can contact people and they can contact me no matter where I'm working. i have also used the video feature for some internal meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy, seamless way to use your computer and/or for to make and receive calls - as well as do video conferencing - I recommend RingCentral!

RingCentral Video
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule meetings and it integrates with my google calendar. I can choose to set a recurring meeting and it always be from the same link- I can require a password or that other users cannot join unless I've opened the meeting first.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an update that took away the emoji reactions we could use and that the meeting link automatically copied to your clipboard when you opened a meeting - but they do still allow you to change your setting to use the old version at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote workforce so we are able to meet with teammates, prospects, and existing clients 'face to face'. We are able to share our screens to solve a multitude of problems and collaborate.
Ring Central is good way to send Fax and it keeps all your records of inbox and fax out details.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and faster plus safer to fax documents and files. Also easy to access received files and documents and to save them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an unexpected error while uploading a document or files
