The rep that helped trouble shoot the issue was very knowledgeable and patient. Had many questions & he took his time with making sure I understood everything.

The portal has an expansive functionality.

It can be difficult to find the location of whatever it is that needs to be changed.

The cost of our phone system is lower and we do not need an in-house phone tech to handle it.

We needs to call everyday to candidates for recruiting. so everyday we makes call . Ringcentral has solved our problem as there sound clearity is so nice. no downtime. always found 100 % uptime. support is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about ring the ability to call from different numbers in order to reach more clients and to receive direct calls in a simple and organized manner. It is super easy to include in my daily outbound calling schedule and it greatly increases contact. It has quickly become a necessary part of daily operation here in the office. Whether a customer is trying to reach sales or customer service, or a specific team member, Ring has made it an easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like about ring is that when I decline to answer a call it will stop for a few seconds, but continue to ring until the caller hangs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring solves the problem of calling customers from unknown numbers. It is easier to get in contact with cutomers who have their phone on do not disturb and for customers whose phones are sensitive to out of area numbers. My contact with daily customers and leads has doubled since implementing Ring into my daily schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and also very good for communication in the region of North America. It has a very friendly use of text message and voice quality is really good while the connect with the learner compared to other calling app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get the message notification over the email or the phone if the phone app is installed but in system it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is getting us a better connect over the North American region then the other apps like VoIP

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it allows me to communicate easily with the drivers and carriers that I work with every single day!! We have the ability to text each other back and forth throughout the life of the shipment!! Very simple, yet very efficient in my day to day operations!!
