What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. As well as its reliability. You can communicate without interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the mobile app performance could be improved, as it occasionally lags. Another downside is their customer support, which hasn’t always been responsive or helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. It helps me to stay connected, especially when working remotely

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time alerts and crystal-clear video quality make monitoring effortless, while the two-way audio adds a level of interaction and control that's incredibly reassuring. I also appreciate how quickly it integrates with other smart home devices, giving me a centralized, secure system without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Ring EX offers excellent features, one downside is that some of the more advanced functions require a subscription. It would be great if basic features like extended video history or smart alerts were included without an added cost. Additionally, occasional connectivity issues can occur if Wi-Fi signal strength is weak, so placement and network setup are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ring EX primarily for home security and real-time monitoring. It helps me keep an eye on my property when I'm away, monitor package deliveries, and stay aware of any unusual activity around my home. The two-way audio also allows me to communicate with visitors or delivery personnel directly, adding an extra layer of convenience and safety.

Integration of multiple call centers into one platform. Provides AI recaps of conversation and the ability to record conversations for future review.

Lots of features that allow flexibility. The app gives everyone in the office the freedom to not be teathered to a desk phone.

Its so easy to use and all the information is available and straightforward to troubleshoot.

I like everything about it, truly! Sometimes the limit on number of logins can be annoying but that doesnt happpen often.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to make calls and texts to candidates and clients with ease. The implementation is easy and admin usage is good
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult getting in touch with the TCS team and even customer service. Wait time is too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get all our recruiters to use the call system. The app is also easy to use and helps connect away from a computer. Texts are also simple to send.

What do you like best about the product?
Ring central has a call record where you can playback the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we call to the other country it appears Rusian number, thats why sometimes they don't want to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes when there was a complaint from customer, we end up checking the log calls and help me prove that the problem was not on my end.

Unreliable and Disruptive Experience with No Timely Support

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX offers a wide range of features and integrations that, when functional, can be useful for remote teams. The platform has potential and a good interface design, and the concept behind RingEX is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has been extremely unreliable—we’ve been facing a major browser freezing issue since 2nd July 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This has significantly disrupted our daily operations. Even worse, the support team has failed to act with urgency or provide a concrete resolution. For a service we’re paying premium rates for, this is absolutely unacceptable. It’s affecting our client interactions and causing loss of business. If issues like this are not fixed immediately, we will have no choice but to switch to an alternative platform. Poor support, lack of accountability, and unresolved technical bugs have made this experience extremely frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is intended to streamline communication and support processes by centralizing calls, messages, and video meetings into a single platform. Initially, it helped reduce the number of tools we had to manage and improved internal collaboration. However, due to recent unresolved issues, the benefits have drastically diminished.
