Video calling and messaging experience from ringcentral
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central video is better than Mitel Avaya and other cloud products which I have used

Need more features and options in upcoming days

It is using both the sip and the h.323 so it is beneficial for us.

Its better than zoom and has way more capabilities

Not too futuristics and the platform looks way too minimalistic and dated

Its better than other video meeting models and has better video quality as well

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. It doesn't freeze and it's simple to find each tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints. But something that does happen sometimes is that you can receive a call and it stays as "Ringing elsewhere" and doesn't allow you to take it. Then it finishes ringing and appears to you as a missed call.

Through this platform, we receive calls from our clients and we can also make outgoing calls to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the video quality and voice quality was clear , unlike other platforms where the quality was not that good. Also i love how i can access this platform from my laptop or from my mobile.

I feel like it is a bit expensive if we want to use additional features other than that it’s all good

Ringcentral has made my life easier by giving different services on one platform. It is easy to use and reliable never missing a communication again

The app on the phone doesn't feel very user-friendly or inspire more use, which is strange because it would make communication via SMS even easier.

Very easy to use when online. I am able to send fax and text right from my desk top

I don't like that you are not able to save a draft fax or message it deletes once you exit

It is a good app and interface, but too expensive.

It is very expensive. The cost is the most preventative thing about it.
