RingCentral is the GOAT

What do you like best about the product?
As the IT Director, onboarding and offboarding users requiring a company phone number is simple and fast. Coming from an IPC system, RingCentral almost feels like cheating. The basic feature set for the cost is amazing. Support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 2 years finding things in the admin UI still takes several attempts to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording. Our previous phone system required a 3rd party for call recording and it there was a per line fee. Every call inbound and outbound is now recorded and is part of the base service. Its allowed us to review calls for our call center and to resolve customer disputes.

Great modern solution to business telecom

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral has enabled my company to move away from large capital expense phone systems and move to a predictable operating cost while reducing the amount of staff required to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may sound silly but there are too many features - many of which are redundant to existing solutions we have already implemented. I would prefer to be able to turn some features off for users so they would not see them on their application. Currently they are informed that features are "disabled by the administrator" - which prompts calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed easy work from home/anywhere. We were also able to reduce support staff compared to our legacy phone system.

we needs to call and text to candidate. Ringcentral is working fine for the same and there is 0% downtime. Voice clearity is too good.

Easy onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with this service for a few months and I love the ease of generating reports, the capabilities that allowed us to cancel other products and the price is pretty competitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not figured out how to use the fax feature and I would love to be able to see the total call handling time without going through multiple report steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow everyone to be out of office but still use our phone number.

Quality service and suite of options

What do you like best about the product?
My end-users are able to mask their personal cell numbers and use integrated chat for inter-office communication. Fax options are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk SMS functionality is not good, interface needs a lot of work for it to be useable. Extra cost for webinar option, only able to use a single camera source simultaneously during video meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing cost of services by using integrated chat and fax functions rather than paying for additional products. Video Pro accounts are used by many of my end-users for chat and video conference attendence.

What do you like best about the product?
The RingEX is most useful to communicate easily for HR domains; it's very helpful to reach out to the candidates. Our organization uses RingEx, which was very helpful in improving our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside. If we need to send a message to the candidate, we need to take a membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I want to reach or communicate with someone over the call or message, RingEX is more helpful for reaching out to the candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud and AI capability with easy admin portal
What do you dislike about the product?
No Auto block for scam calls, AI could determine this easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved on-prem PBX and ease of assigning phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is the ability to monitor calls and listen back to recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the overall dashboard and how long it takes to navigate back and forth between tasks/actions. I don't think it's great for multitasking

I use it to make calls all day long

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the queue, transfers are easy, and call from my computer and shows our company phone number rather than the direct line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to text since a lot of our patients would rather that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing the queue feature has been awesome!
