Highly Accurate Data with Room for Improved Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that LeadIQ was straightforward to set up, especially because it seamlessly connects with Salesforce and Outreach. I find great value in its role as a lead-generating tool, particularly noting its reliable performance when other services like ZoomInfo fall short of providing accurate data. LeadIQ consistently delivers the necessary data, and most of the time there's always something available. A feature that stands out is the tool's precise and accurate phone number data, which surpasses other data tools I have used. The accuracy of the data in terms of both emails and phone numbers is impressive and a key reason why I would consider purchasing LeadIQ again. Overall, I also find that LeadIQ's reliability and effectiveness in providing accurate lead information significantly benefit my prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the software to be more intuitive to use and have its own web page for active prospecting, rather than just functioning as a Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ as a reliable alternative for lead data accuracy, especially when other tools fall short, and it provides the most accurate phone numbers I've encountered.
Fast and Easy to Use, But Email Functionality Needs Improvement

Its ease of use/integration and pretty fast response times.

I need better emails. about half don't work.

Effortless Salesloft Export, But Contact Info Can Be Incomplete
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to export contacts directly to Salesloft, rather than having to export them to a CRM first and then to Salesloft. This feature really saves time, especially when managing a large number of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using LeadIQ for prospecting, I encountered a recurring issue with finding contact information, particularly email addresses. Many of the contacts I attempt to export cannot be exported because they do not meet the export criteria due to missing emails. Additionally, I have noticed that not all of the phone numbers provided are accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadIQ incredibly easy to use, especially with its extension through the Chrome browser which makes prospecting straightforward whether through LinkedIn or other methods. This accessibility allows me to efficiently acquire contacts. I also appreciate the ability of LeadIQ to make it easier to find different contact numbers, increasing the likelihood of getting responses from prospects. The software enhances my prospecting process by delivering higher connection rates, which is a significant advantage in my work. The feature that stands out the most is its ability to help me find numbers that prospects are more likely to answer, significantly boosting my chances of making successful contact. Additionally, knowing that LeadIQ offers another source of likely accurate contact information gives me assurance in the data I use.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using LeadIQ for about four months and find it invaluable for sourcing accurate phone numbers for contacts. The accuracy of the phone numbers significantly improves my connection rate, leading to more success in my job as I am able to set up more demos. I appreciate how straightforward it was to set up LeadIQ; I just had to download the extension and create an account, which made the process very easy. I particularly like the mobile number finder feature, which I find most useful. The integration with other software like LinkedIn, Sales Nav, and SalesLoft works well for me, enhancing my overall workflow. LeadIQ effectively fills my need for accurate phone numbers quite well, which is crucial for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of a notification system for when a phone number is requested and then available later. This feature would greatly enhance my productivity and ensure I don't miss out on important contact information updates.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use within your normal LinkedIn experience and integrates with HubSpot seamlessly. I was using this daily and it was easy to set-up and integrate. The customer support team met with leadership regularly to ensure adoption.

Accuracy on contact information was occasionally below expectations.

Streamlines Prospecting, Minor Glitches with LinkedIn Integration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LeadIQ is honestly how easy it makes my prospecting work. I don’t have to keep switching between tabs or copy-pasting contacts manually anymore. It just saves so much time. The LinkedIn integration works pretty smooth most of the time and I can quickly capture info and push it to Salesforce without much hassle. Also, it helps me find direct emails that actually work, which is a big deal for a BDR like me. Overall, it’s just made my outreach faster and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension gets a bit laggy or doesn’t capture all the info correctly from LinkedIn, which can be annoying when I’m in the middle of prospecting. Also, a few times the emails it pulled turned out to be invalid or bounced. It’s not a big issue, but it happens. I also wish it could show more direct dials for prospects,that would save even more time. Overall still a good tool, just a few small bugs here and there.

LeadIQ is helping me big time with finding and saving prospect info faster. Before, I used to spend a lot of time searching and copying data from LinkedIn into Salesforce manually, which was super time taking. Now I can capture contacts in just few clicks and push them directly to my sequences. It also helps me find valid emails so my outreach doesn’t bounce much. Overall it’s made my workflow way smoother and saved me a lot of time during daily prospecting.
