Huge time-saver for prospecting and personalization
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ makes it much easier and faster to find new customers. It's great how easy it is to get verified contact information from LinkedIn and send it to Salesforce and Outreach with just a few clicks. It saves me a lot of time every day compared to doing research by hand.
The AI writing and Scribe features are also great for quickly making messages more personal. They give you context and ideas that make outreach feel more relevant without having to spend hours doing research.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike, but if I had to pick a few things, I'd say that the contact information can sometimes be out of date, especially for smaller businesses' mobile numbers or titles. It doesn't happen very often, but it can make you go slower when you're trying to go fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using LeadIQ, I spent way too much time looking up contact information by hand, copying it into spreadsheets, and updating Salesforce. LeadIQ took that headache away completely. Now I can find, capture, and sync prospect data in seconds. This means I spend more time reaching out to prospects and less time on admin work.
Excellent Chrome Extension, But Exporting Leads Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension to connect LeadIQ to Linkedin is phenomenal, making researching leads and their contact info very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting leads exported can be a challenge. One lead will export, but another won't, due to unstated 'quality' issues, despite containing the same information as the previous lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting good quality information for contacting leads and prospects.
Fast Email Discovery, But Loading Can Be Slow

It's great at finding emails quickly for new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a while to load and the pop up is a bit difficult to navigate.

Finding business emails and contact details including phone numbers.
Facilitate the Creation of Messages on LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how LeadIQ allows me to write messages quickly without needing to leave the profile of the person I want to send a personalized message to, which saves time. I value how easy it was to set up my LinkedIn profile and feed LeadIQ with my data to personalize the right messages for my business, reflecting knowledge about the prospect. It is also remarkable how in less than a minute I can generate three message options for a prospective client with a single click, simplifying editing and sending and saving considerable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that on some occasions the messages generated by LeadIQ are very similar across different leads. This lack of deeper personalization reduces the effectiveness of the messages. Additionally, I would like LeadIQ to offer the possibility of generating invitation campaigns or sequential message campaigns, like an email sequence, which would significantly improve my experience with the product.

Great HubSpot Integration, But Mobile Data Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with hubspot and it's data transfer on the contact card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough mobile phone data in comparison to other systems, we've measured side by side over 200 leads with Lisha.

Highly Accurate Data with Room for Improved Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that LeadIQ was straightforward to set up, especially because it seamlessly connects with Salesforce and Outreach. I find great value in its role as a lead-generating tool, particularly noting its reliable performance when other services like ZoomInfo fall short of providing accurate data. LeadIQ consistently delivers the necessary data, and most of the time there's always something available. A feature that stands out is the tool's precise and accurate phone number data, which surpasses other data tools I have used. The accuracy of the data in terms of both emails and phone numbers is impressive and a key reason why I would consider purchasing LeadIQ again. Overall, I also find that LeadIQ's reliability and effectiveness in providing accurate lead information significantly benefit my prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the software to be more intuitive to use and have its own web page for active prospecting, rather than just functioning as a Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ as a reliable alternative for lead data accuracy, especially when other tools fall short, and it provides the most accurate phone numbers I've encountered.

I need better emails. about half don't work.

Effortless Salesloft Export, But Contact Info Can Be Incomplete
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to export contacts directly to Salesloft, rather than having to export them to a CRM first and then to Salesloft. This feature really saves time, especially when managing a large number of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using LeadIQ for prospecting, I encountered a recurring issue with finding contact information, particularly email addresses. Many of the contacts I attempt to export cannot be exported because they do not meet the export criteria due to missing emails. Additionally, I have noticed that not all of the phone numbers provided are accurate.

I find LeadIQ incredibly easy to use, especially with its extension through the Chrome browser which makes prospecting straightforward whether through LinkedIn or other methods. This accessibility allows me to efficiently acquire contacts. I also appreciate the ability of LeadIQ to make it easier to find different contact numbers, increasing the likelihood of getting responses from prospects. The software enhances my prospecting process by delivering higher connection rates, which is a significant advantage in my work. The feature that stands out the most is its ability to help me find numbers that prospects are more likely to answer, significantly boosting my chances of making successful contact. Additionally, knowing that LeadIQ offers another source of likely accurate contact information gives me assurance in the data I use.
