Great partners for Search!
What do you like best about the product?
The SearchUnify team! Search Unify has been an integral partner in the development of Vlocity Success Community over the years. The Grazitti Search Unify solution has deflected thousands of customer support cases to allow our partners and customers to quickly locate the content they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are satisfied with our SearchUnify solution.

SearchUnify provides search for our community site.
Search Unify for Enterprise Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Breaking this down per priority:
- Search Unify Team - from the PM (Deepika) to the Dev team (Sahil/Parveen) to Leadership and Sales (Guarav and Brian) to Mohit as our Account Manager- they are all highly responsive and helping in getting work down at our pace.
- Search Tool - packed with features with upgrades rolling out extending the platform. It's refreshing to see a SaaS company moving fast into AI/ML
- Support Community for Tickets - works well and tickets are prioritized
- We expand through acquisition so we are constantly growing - SU has kept up with our growth with constant infrastructure planning. kudos

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sifting through many data sources with too much info and presenting the best results to customers and internal employees (support)
A great search tool for resource discovery
What do you like best about the product?
The SearchUnify teams are extremely helpful, from implementation on to support. Our Customer Success Managers, in particular, have been an invaluable resource and connection.
I appreciate the enhanced discovery it provides for our Appinium resources in our learning portal. We've seen an increase in usage that we can directly attribute to the search functionality.
I also appreciate the level of detail provided in the analytics session tracking details. That has enabled us to take a deeper dive into user behavior and searches by exporting it to Tableau and connecting it to our Salesforce data.
I appreciate the enhanced discovery it provides for our Appinium resources in our learning portal. We've seen an increase in usage that we can directly attribute to the search functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
"Dislike" is the wrong word here, I think.
We have struggled to turn the data into action. Some of this is because of our resourcing constraints. Digging through the various data points we need to review can also be time-consuming. For example, some numbers are also rounded in the admin display. I must extract the raw data and use Excel tools and tricks to get the definitive numbers. I would appreciate a better extract option from SearchUnify to Tableau, where we can get real-time updates on a designated schedule and remove dependence on Excel spreadsheets.
We have also struggled a bit with identifying where to focus our efforts in the admin panel. There is a lot of information in there, so it's sometimes difficult to figure out where attention is needed or what actions to take. I look forward to enhancements for the admin experience in upcoming releases.

We use the Salesforce platform with a third-party app for our learning content. We could not expose that learning content to the user community because the native search couldn't honor the sharing rules. Our learning content was, therefore, not discoverable in our user community. Implementing the search tool from SearchUnify allowed us to expose this content in the search and it can now be discovered organically and highlighted in case deflection components.

The team that supports you to get the most out of the tools is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much manual tuning is required. These days I expect more A.I. from this kind of product.

We are mainly trying to solve case deflection and relevancy. Surfacing a variety of content for consumption.
Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify has an excellent support team that is responsive and helpful whenever we have had issues. I like that the admin panel for managing our product is easy to use. A lot of customization can be done if needed to meet specific use cases, but a lot of the out-of-the-box functionality is great on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up of SearchUnify can take quite some time but makes sense considering all the data that needs to be indexed and linked correctly. You'll need an admin that can dedicate the time to perform search tuning and analyze the data. It's not something you can just set and forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our customers find what they need faster without clicking through the entire site. This is beneficial for us because it is helping us improve relevancy in our success center.

What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify as a tool is comprehensive and easy to use, particularly with the advice and guidance I have gotten from Lynette.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me has been my past experience did not lead me directly to this role so I have had a lot to learn.

SearchUnify is helping to drive down our self help rate for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify provides so much insight and what impressed me the most is how in-depth the dashboard goes into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard could use more info tooltips, but the documentation is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SearchUnify is providing us with details on what visitors to our site are searching for and we can follow their path to help make our content easier to discover.
SearchUnify is a great value and the functionality is exactly as advertised!
What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify's talented and motivated team takes accountability and gets stuff done! The team ensures progress, solves problems, and takes on challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
SearchUnify, like and federated search tool, requires knowledge of search practices and taxonomy. If you are new to that, the learning curve could be steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple channels where customers consume information. We needed to present all options no matter where they entered - docs, cmty, or support. Now they do!
Invaluable product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The product is invaluable and resourceful in how we deliver content to our users and clients from other integrated applications. The customer service is great. They are very responsive, resolving issues promptly and flexible with recommendations as well as meetings. They seem to cater to and care about their clients and their specific needs. This has built a good and valuable relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product could use a few more customizable features and items for enterprise clients. As grow and acquire companies, we need to be able to adapt to other platforms of publishing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's given us the ability to separate content resources and security options for our clients that other applications cannot do while keeping the content localized and yet connecting our solutions. Also, the data insights reporting on the workflow of how our clients use is very important.

What do you like best about the product?
When there were issues they were very communicative and resolved most issues in a timely manner. The customer service is excellent. When people moved on or off the support team they made sure to introduce them to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a real time search. It takes at least 15 minutes for new content to be available in the search. This makes it difficult to use in a supportive environment.
