Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
1. It shows data from various sources into a single search interface, so we do not require to switch between platforms to find data.
2. We can personalize results based on our preferneces which enhances the overall UX.

Scalability
Consistent, Productive Search for employees and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and use; a straightforward administrator platform that makes it easy to manage. From a use perspective, the features are consistent to other products and offers a range of options for each customer based on their specific need. They continuously innovate the product to remain competitive in their industry. Support for the tool has been consistent . Quick turn around, straight answers and they always come back with a suggested solution.

We've been consistently happy with searchUnify.

Identifying documents for support of customers from mulitple sources and in our internal intranet

Sometimes it feels like there are just too many features in there, maybe simplify the interface slightly for folks who don't need all the granular controls.

Nice application for quick implemenation cum user adoption

The benefits it brings on to the table with short implementation

Some of the underlying implementations causes delay in response / improper UI for admins etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case Provides an ability to search and filter the results to end users for self solving their freequeently occurring issues instead of raising a support ticket and waiting for an aganet to respond.

The team at SearchUnify is super helpful. Whether it's helping with integration or teaching new features, I'm thankful for their help and onboarding.

The UI could potentially be improved to increase ease of use.

The Product is grwat, allowing Search results from different sources.
The team are very professional and also willing to help and do extra efforts to make the customer happy.

Some actions/logs are hidden 'under the hood' and you need Searchunify team to help. They do help but it make things slower.
Also upgrading is not easy and requires SearchUnify team' help too.
