Deeper Insight
What do you like best about the product?
For me the export function is great so I can customize the way I parse my data. Having said that, the way it is setup for us provides 80% of what we need to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would need bigger datasets, being able to go back 6 months when we export: this is coming in May/June 2020 I am told. Some sort of data parsing in the form of google datastudio where you can customize reports and share out to x viewers would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are investigating traffic on websites and other type of info linked to running a support organisation.
We could benefit from stats related to document management: what KBs are used, what KBs are not used: what KBs could and should be merged: relational data between text search for a KB and outcome: was a KB missed and a case was logged?

What do you like best about the product?
I was brought in mid-game to the SearchUnify Implementation with our company Knowledgebase, and the SU team was amazing at getting me up to speed on the integration. I had a direct pipeline to engineering to answer questions, made aware of upcoming releases, and given documented install procedures. Easy to work with and accommodating. The immediate acknowledgment from their support staff was superb, and they were able to help me with specific search tuning with little explanation needed from my end. Definitely looking forward to expanding our install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still hoping to explore more API connectors in conjunction with my other content sources to have the most real-time search indexes, without necessitating too many API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two-fold solution, improving the Search results algorithm and filtering in some of our native content tools, but also allowing a fully federated search option for internal use that has been working well.
Great Search and Knowledge Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with 3rd party platforms. Extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The release cadence could be more aggressive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce, Slack, Confluence, JIRA, Google Productivity Suite. Indexing and rapid search of these platforms. Increased productivity because of the reduction in time to find information required.
