Creating AI Video's is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is extremly user friendly, this was my first time using an AI video platform and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the platform is to create interesting and informational videos for my business. I loved the idea of the personal avatar. This allows me to personalize the video without having to constantly find a time thats quiet for recording. I was impressed by customer support and how quick and knowlegeable the team is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personal avatar wasn't very close to my own voice which was disapointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows me to create personalized videos without spending hours recording. I love the personal avatar feature. Huge time saver!
New personal avatars are amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I tried personal avatars few months ago but I was disappointed because it was not possible to make the background transparent (I recorded my video with green background for nothing).
I tried the new personal avatar experience last week and the result with transparent background is amazing!

The video generated doesn't have the same timeline than the preview one and for to have perfect synchronisation I need sometimes to add pauses in blind mode...

I really enjoy Synthesia, it allows me to create meaningful elearnings in half the time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how quickly I can develop quality material.

I don't like that you can not add interactions or testing component.

It isn't solving any problems, however it is making creation of elearnings easier and more efficient.

The perfect diction of the avatars, in my case Brazilian Portuguese.

There's nothing I don't like! I'm really impressed with the features available!

My opinion is that people pay more attention to speech than to reading texts.
I have a business and the time that I save recording myself is priceless, I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia provides an incredibly intuitive platform for creating high-quality video avatars. The ease of use, combined with the realistic avatars, makes it perfect for professional-looking video content. The customization options are robust, allowing me to create avatars that are perfectly suited to different projects. The tool is also a huge time-saver, allowing for rapid creation and implementation of videos without the need for an actual camera or crew. The consistent updates and improvements make Synthesia one of the best AI avatar tools out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is the challenge of getting a silent avatar without any lip movements. When I needed a more neutral, non-speaking avatar for a few specific projects, it was tricky to achieve that effect without making the avatar look unnatural. I would love to see more flexibility in avatar expression control for non-speaking roles. However...their support was able to get my problem solved quickly (had to create a new avatar).

What do you like best about the product?
With very little expierance I was able to create a top of the line video overview for my company.

I want to get a brand kit going without having to sign up for an enterprise membership.

When I wasnt able to get the brand kit at the creator membership level csupport team instintly refunded me and allowed me to keep my starter membership.
Video Creation for Novices Made Easy with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
Lot's of AI voices and variation even on the free subscription i.e. discovering AI voices speaking English but with a foreign accent, what fun! For someone new to video creation and wants to be able to have more creative control in outputs, then this is for you. Implementation was straight forward, integrated my output onto another platform with no problems, features are great too, was pleased to be able to source media from within the platform and not have to look elsehwere for it. Customer service was pretty responsive too. I like the emails with suggested templates, like today I have been trying out the Video instead of Email template and now I'm hooked. I can see myself using Synthesia quite frequently now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve but this is a me problem as never created videos before. Took a couple of hours though and I am a complete novice so not so bad going.

Even though I am a novice I feel I have more creative control on the outputs.
