Beautiful and professional slides with just a few clicks!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, just had to input the script and using the existing templates I could easily take it from there. Having a good range of avatars helps to liven up the entire video. Truth be told, it is worth every penny of the subscription as I can easily churn product or training videos with just a few clicks. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough choices of stock videos and images...but that can be easily fixed from outside sources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company needs videos for marketing, sales and training. It is costly and labor intensive to get it done. Synthesia is a G-send, easily taking away this pain point of ours (and I'm sure many other businesses)

What do you like best about the product?
This software has drastically improved how we train our staff. We are a hospitality group of over 500 and we use Synthesia to create all of our HR, System, Front Office, etc training. We save so much time and effort with the Upload Document feature. It is so easy to use.
Our Customer Support has been fantastic and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site can be a bit slow or lag, especially when creating a larger video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has made creating training videos for our entire company so easy and efficient. We can brand, market and train all with one software.
Excelent Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
The principal strength of the Synthesia software is its capacity to significantly expedite video creation. It removes the necessity for conventional filming equipment and actors, enabling user to churn out professional videos quickly and affordably. Accessibility like this — combined with things like unique avatars and the ability to customize content automatically for multiple languages — are what make Synthesia so applicable across a wide range of use cases, from corporate training videos to branded marketing material.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Synthesia is a powerful way to take if the work of creating videos, there are some traps here and there. AI avatars, while looking realistic, could feel as if they are not expressing the full range of human emotions which would make watching less immersive. Price, especially of premium features or companies. There may also be a lack of fine-tuned control or minor inconsistencies in the output from AI. If you want to use Synthesia, it is necessary for you to take into account these cons against the effectiveness of this video production tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond solving for the exact same issues common to the business world — high video production costs, inability to scale and communicate at a level that feels personal all in one. Synthesia saves immense production time and money by shutting down the need of a tradition shooting. With its wide variety of AI avatars and voices, it makes a quick custom and localizes the content making you able to address a broader range of audience as businesses often require. In addition, Synthesia makes it extremely easy for the development of interactive training as well as marketing videos that are both interactive to assist in improved internal communication and to boost customer engagement. Altogether, Synthesia reduces video production times and enables firms to produce superior results in a host of different departments.
Amazing presentations made within seconds
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI Assistent most. But the future to record screens is very nice. Atlast, but not least great Avatars. It's a very simpleto use application. Great!!
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the Enterprise version for creating your own voice and green mirror Avator. I would like a limited count in the smaller versions

bUILDING A GGOD PRESENTATION VIDEO
Working with the avatars to get the "right take" is SO much easier than with humans

I appreciate the AI assist available throughout. And the expressive avatars are pretty convincing as synthetic substitutes for human actors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pronunciation issues I've encountered that i can't seem to overcome. The diction feature doesn't always solve it. I like the SSML approach that Amazon Polly and Articulate offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving users a fresh look while speaking to them in a very natural voice and appearance.

Intuitive, easy to use, voices and avatars are well (and improving to sound and look more and more real).

The time to generate videos can be long.
Also, when a PowerPoint has been uploaded and I need to modify it, I either have to upload from scratch or copy an image on the imported file instead of being able to add or replace a slide.

We can use a voice from Synthesia instead of doing it ourselves or have to pay someone to do it. It is faster and cheaper.
Synthesia is a great tool for compelling avatar-based video creation
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent quality, realism and control over backgrounds, media, transitions and other professional requirements. The addition of SCORM output is a good move towards accomodating the e-learning market that I am a part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of render minutes makes Synthesia difficult to justify for mid-range e-learning projects, which require much more runtime than marketing and internal corporate videos.
The range of avatars remains too limited in demographics and options for my needs, in that we need considerably larger populations wihtin each avatar’s ethnographic identity to really be able to tune up our outputs for realistic learning interactions.

Synthesia eliminates the many problems encountered when working with the badly produced and poorly edited video that clients often supply as an input into e-learning projects. Synthesia video is clean and professional in quality, with perfect soundtracks.

The only thing I don't like is that generating the videos can be confusing, since it it set with premium features by default.

To enable the value of our product, the customers of our customers need to use our product.We used Synthesia to set up a video template that our customers can use to promote our product to their customers as a whitelabeled video!
Creating the video templates were intuitive and super easy to implement. Once we had the templates, it took seconds to generate a whitelabeled video for our customers. We've now been able to build whitelabeled videos for many of our customers in very little time and it's accelerated adoption of our platform!
Our customers can't get enough of these videos. We're using Synthesia all the time now to accelerate customer time to value.

Fluid, accurate, simply amazing and massive time saver
What do you like best about the product?
It is saving me MONTHS for video production time. It is easy to use and the 1 day processing time to create an avatar is more than reasonable. The video generation from the avatar takes under 15 minutes. I love being able to reclaim personal avatar quotas if the need to be re-done
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a lazy-eye in my avatar (likely because i naturally had one from reading a teleprompter). Sicne it corrects eye alignment anyways, it would be nice to know to correct that use case in general as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking video is extremely time consuming, especially since i dont have a dedicated set. I only need to stage a set once now for all the avatars and ultimately my videos.
