Well made platform with extensive featres for creation and maintenance of video content
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create a new video and shelf life of video is extensive as we can edit or amend anything required for future projects

Occasionally platform can be slow due to updates

Occasionally have to log out and in again to avoid it being a bit buggy

Ability to quickly create marketing content in multiple languages
Synthesia is easy to use, flexible, and most importantly, constantly updated.

The ease of use, the realism of the avatars, and the fact that it is constantly improved, almost every week..

Nothing. Synthesia currently meets all my needs and marketing requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating great videos that I use on my clients' websites or in advertising posts (Facebook and Instagram). The quality is excellent, the avatars are realistic, and the credibility is almost equal to that of a professional video.

It is an intuitive product, super easy to use and has user support.

you can only see the reality of your video production when you send it to be generated and in doing so, you consume the time allowed according to your plan.

I don't need to record a person, Synthesia creates an avatar for me.

I can do many videos with my personal avatar so I save hundred of hours a year and getting many more marketing videos.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like that the uploaded videos for generating personal avatar let me generate a transparent backgroung (like a chromakey).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording traditional videos is time consumig. I used to invest a lot of money and -most important- time for getting my videos. Even better, the videos I generate with Synthesia are better (no mistake, no eyes reading scripts, etc.)

using a PPT as the base for video creation. it only creates pictures oft the slides. Not satisfying.

I speak English but I have an Arabian accent which doesn't serve the interest of the people whom I am interested in , Synthesia solved that issue

There are some missing points which should be explained before presenting the tutorial. Like screen recording video. Or maybe it is my poor understanding

Surprisingly great software
What do you like best about the product?
The ai voiceover is incredible. I've used a lot of different pieces of software that try this, and Synthesia is by far the quickest to use, and most natural sounding. I had a small issue to resolve and the customer support was brilliant in helping me overcome my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a video producer/animator, I would like more control over some of the video production
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm used to using software like premiere pro. Whilst that has a lot more video capability, sometimes I just need to produce something quick and simple. Synthesia is great for this. The AI voiceover is also very good.

I get a bit confused when using the video maker with my personal avatar, I struggle to put my personal avatar with a different background on
