Authoring tool so not possibility to export the job done to modify it somewhere else (video only can be exported)

It is fairly simple to use and new elements are constantly introduced

Haven't mastered the how to's yet so I wish there was a way to outline my needs and receive a cheat sheet of the best way to accomplish the end result, like a cheat sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I found it really easy to get started. Their regular upgrade of avatars & voices is very good. I have not yet tried personalised avatars, that is next for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike but a feature request - I hope they will add more gestures, like hand movements, more eye movements, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem is communicating effectively and memorably to people I don't know. A short video is so much better than a dull email!

Up until now...no problems! Only thing I'd like to improve is to also support firefox except just chrome and edge.

It's a simple to use platform. The use of AI videos have proved to be a great tool for sharing content, especially training.

Matching the languages to the correct avatars can be a big hit and miss and take some trialling to get right.

The ability to share more information which caters for all learning and communication styles.
We can get a lot more content and information across using AI than traditional videos without the avatars.

The interface is simple. Easy script entry! Easy implementation. Its my first consideration when i'm developing coursework that integrates videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create impressive, amazing videos in a short space of time. Good customer service. Good turnaround/response time. Amazing range of videos and images you can use and able to upload our own.

Some of the avatars look more realistic than others; some look very obviously fake. Room for improvement in terms of interactivity, quizzes, polls, reporting, etc.
