Awesome AI tool for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit product explanation bideos on a fly

nothing it has mang free options that do not gatekeep the experience

requires less man power to create presentations

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can produce high quality effective videos in a fraction of the time it used to take me is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is not quite as steep as they advertise. Having been in video production for most of my career helped me, but people without experience, might take a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Videos that used to take me 2-3 days to produce, now are ready in a day.

I REALLY LIKED THE PART ABOUT MAKING YOUR OWN AVATAR, PLUS IT HELPS A LOT FOR CREATING EXPLANATORY LESSONS

IN THE CREATION OF THE AVATAR, THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHANGE THE BACKGROUND BEHIND THE CREATED AVATAR, ALWAYS REMAINING THE SCREEN WITH THE BACKGROUNDS IN WHICH IT WAS RECORDED.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I AM ABLE TO RECORD MY OWN CLASSES AND PUT THEM ON OUR PLATFORM SO THAT THE STUDENT CAN HAVE AN INTERACTION WITH SOMETHING VISUAL AND AUDITORY, GOING BEYOND A PDF OR POWERPOINT HANDOUT

Animation that is attractive to children is required. I create training videos for children and the avartars and templates are not always suitable.
Also include template layouts that allow inserting videos, as I create training guides on how to use Tech tools.

The voices and actors are the best in industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
More actors and voices are needed. I am starting to see videos very similar to mine from other companies which is great but it would be nice if I could maintain the custom look and unique voice and actors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of training that has to occur and keeping everyone on the same page is rather difficult without speed. Synthesia allows us to create content as fast as our operation allows us to. When the business is ready to move on something the video explaining it isnt far behind.
Advanced Capabilities for Free, Good Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the AI voices and avatars is very impressive. It is super duper easy to use and I integrate it into my videos. The customer support is really good. I emailed them about a problem I was having logging in. An AI responded with some tips which didn't work, so I requested a human, who was able to get me in within minutes. Well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does have some limitations, but that is to be expected.

I don't have to find a voice actor for my videos.

What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy for me to use it. They have a wide range of templates suitable for different purposes and that can be often tweaked to fit specific branding. Cost-effective solution, that is why my company started using it. Multilingual support, major necessity for my company since we work in international markets. AI powered efficiency, the avatars were very real, although there are also some areas of improvement. There are so much more things to mention like time efficiency, versatility, innovation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The areas of improvement that we found as a sales company were: the lack of visual appeal. Some of the people who work at our company served as models for the avatars, however there were no enhance features to make them feel more comfortable with their appearance in order to use the videos created to promote our products. Also, we noticed a limited emotional range of natural emotions or gestures. Cultural and demographic alignment, while synthesia has some language features, they don't cover multiple accents, for example Mexican Spanish or Indian English which are very important for us to connect with our customers. While the use of synthesia will mean a cost-effective solution for our company, the monthly price isn't justified to the quality or customization options it provides, again we are focusing on AI Avatars created based on our staff, the templates and other components included are amazing. O and may be lack of interactive features on videos.

AI changes my scripts in auto design feature, would like to be able to keep script 100% and use AI to auto design.
