Love using Synthesia for our training videos.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating quality training videos is easy to do. There are lots of features that allow the user to be creative and it is super easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that I can name any downsides to Synthesia. We are really enjoying creating training videos and have received very positive feedback from our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is allowing us to create engaging training videos that we are able to send out to our employees. They are able to view the videos from the convenience of their computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The most realistic AI Avatar ever
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Synthesia is its lip sync in all languages, and the ease of its interface. I'm using it in Arabic, French, and English, and it's doing a perfect job in all these languages. Also, its support is very kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have the possibility to change the tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an avatar to represent our brand, and we found the perfect one: aged, looking good, and most importantly, it looks very real.
A powerful and easy to use AI-tool for creating training video's
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is an innovative tool I use for creating training videos, and it has been a game changer in video production. Its AI-driven platform allows for the creation of professional-quality videos without the extensive resources or expertise sometimes needed in video editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of their plans. I work as part of a small team, and subscribing to the Enterprise product is cost prohibitive for a small team. I wish there was a "Team" plan available that would give you all of the Enterprise features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly generate custom content has been particularly useful for delivering consistent, high-quality training materials.
I have been quite impressed by the software.
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia adds a dynamic approach and makes my training videos much more interesting. They have good templates and I dont have to work so hard to produce my courses. I combine this with AI for narritive and it works really well. Is easy to implement and get started. Also you dont need much training its all pretty intuitive. I have used the support a few times and the support function is fantastic if you have a probelm.They are really on the ball. I will use this tool going forward with increasing frequency as its so easy to integrate and convert my existing slide shows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choices of voices on the Avatars .If you look you can get some really good ones but some of them sound synthesised and talk too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves my problem of needing to deliver high quality presentation and video training. The workflow is good.
It's user-friendly İnterface allowed me to create videos of the quality I desired with ease.

Multiple ready to use templates and Quick support.

Automatic notifications about remaining useage allowances can be quite beneficial.

I am able to create educational and personal development videos using Synthesia.
Pleasantly surprised
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Synthesia for building my own avatar and build a course 10 × faster bypassing video recording and editing. I can see how Syntesia could also be use for many different use cases, especially internal training sessions and certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the ease of use and the speed of inplementation

It is saving me loads of time while creating my courses
High quality videos at very affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
I use this product several times a week and have created a handful of short and longer videos. It is very easy to create high quality videos quickly and efficiently. I appreciate all the built-in templates and examples, the range of music, voices and graphics that are available. I especially like the ability to embed screen recordings directly in the video and align the voiceover with screen actions. The new AI features are helpful, and I like the ability to correct pronunciation for specific words. This is a very impressive product. Thank you!

I have not found any downsides, this is a very complete product.

I have used Synthesia to create several communications introducing a new software platform to an organization. I've also used it to create a detailed business and technical case study.
Excellent tool, has the potential to expand our service as a company in a practical and tangible way

Ability to upload documents eg PowerPoint and create avatar video around the content

Tried to create a personal avatar but it can't recreate a Scottish accent 🏴

Time saving and cost effective
Amazing service very user friendly. But most important is the superb customer service!

That it is very user friendly and has all the features you need in a single solution. Custerom support is top notch. Very responsive and helpfull.

I cannot find anything yet. Maybe that if you're video is flagged for manual review to get a notification before generation so you know it might take longer to have your video created

Normally video presentations or business content is very expensive and time-consuming to generate. Synthesia removes these barriers
