Incredible experience with avatars automated by artificial intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Very high quality of the avatars generated. Very realistic.

There are absolutely no negative points. Highly recommended.

I love the record and transcribe feature. Also, templates are super helpful.

It allows me to create video without having to re-record when I don't like the way I said something.
It is an extremely helpful tool.

We tried to make a Christmas video. It was not quite what we had in mind. Ended up using a different software.
Synthesia is technically a fantastic tool but have some hidden restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast and easy to use with a focus on the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
By some reason Synthesia have decided to make some strict regulations about what they allow to be published or not. Some of this is natural however, as I wanted to use it for some news information it wasn't allowed unless you have an enterprise account. Being a privat person and taking money from my own pocket it turned out Synthesia unfortunately is not an option for me. These restrictions are NOT easy to find and you do not see them when you compare plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of doing camera recording every time I can let AI use my personal avatar for my video production.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Synthesia is its personal video avatar generation capability at such affordable prices. The avatar looked and talked very smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI voice cloning is only available in Enterprise plan which is heavy on pocket. It doesn't provide the ability to use third party voice say from elevenlabs or a new recorded voice individually for a video.

Synthesia is solving my problem of creatig my short form videos myself. It is benefitting by creating a natural avatar who can make a video on my behalf
Easy to use AI
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a couple of different. software programs including DID, but this one is easy to use. Their customer service responded quickly and they have a great choice for avatars as well as making you a personal avatar in a good amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any downsides to them. They are definitely affordable as well and give you a good value for the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I would have to record a new video every single time of myself, but this way I have avatars that are already ready and I can upload the content and get it out in a timely manner.

I have used the software to create personalized avatars of myself, to make videos more quickly, I am incredibly fascinated with the precision of the avatar and the voice cloning, in addition, the generation of videos is fast and not tiring at all. I really recommend it.
Additionally, I must say that the support from the support chat is incredible, the AI they use to respond gives excellent answers and if more detailed support is needed, they send you to an agent...I loved that. My question was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have only had one mishap. Which was like finding out about deactivating the subtitles in the generation, I think this option should be more visible and not so hidden in the preview, but the truth is, the support that the support gave me was incredible, and I didn't have a bad time.

Mainly the time to create a video with an avatar, previously it had to be done with actors, which took away a lot of preparation time for errors in the recording.

The intuitive UI, how easy setup is, the actual solution (yes, it works unlike many market promises I've tested before), and the support team. Amazing group of people which is an important element to not lose touch with in this new age of AI.

Creating, Editing, and adding Voice Over efficiantly and rapidly without the need to engage in a costly and time consuming project.

Saves time and money
What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly create and later edit videos for my business. This previously would take weeks and would be hard to edit. Synthesia makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on the number of "scenes" is frustrating, and some times the avatars or the voices are discontinued. Needs a larger range of avatars to choose from.

Speed to create new content and ability to edit as product features change.
