Synthesia - The best way to go for AI Avatars
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fast and without an exception alway helpful. The quality of the personal AI avatars is amazing, especially the voice cloning left me speechless. Synthesia is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything really, but I do believe that the different plans could have more included generated video minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Snythesia helps me to create realistic content in a matter of minutes. It saves me lots of time and effort.
Synthesia support team was excellent; they provided quick, efficient, and effective assistance.
What do you like best about the product?
With features like pre-made templates and a wide range of customizable resources, it provides everything I need to produce high-quality videos. Even if you don’t have a lot of creative experience, these options make it easy to create professional content effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that, with so many options, the platform can be a bit overwhelming and not very intuitive. The personal use pricing is quite expensive, and the website often experiences lag, making it common to encounter issues when generating videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to appear on camera when creating tutorial videos for agents. It also addresses the challenge of not speaking the same language as some of them, and eliminates the need to re-record multiple takes due to script mistakes.

It takes some time to play the video preview.

My projects dont always have the budget to hire actors and Synthesia is the perfect solution. I use it to make explainer videos and it is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the output was in a higher resolution format like ProRes but I think that may be a feature in the future.

Everything is awesome, one thing that can be added is some photo frames for the slides.

Some of the AI still comes across a little too mechanical andWhile the platform is incredibly innovative, some avatars and AI Twins can still feel slightly mechanical or robotic, which might make it harder to connect emotionally with viewers. For organizations like ours, where delivering authentic and relatable messages is crucial, this can occasionally lead to negative feedback or disengagement. Enhancing the naturalness of voice, facial expressions, and movements to mimic real people more effectively would be a fantastic improvement. This would ensure that AI-driven messaging resonates more deeply without risking turning off the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of relevant avatars, backgrounds. Avatars look very much similar to humans. Good language skill / pronounciation in German. Good, helpful and friendly customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems a bit limited / incompatible with Apple Safari Browser. Avatar could be a little bit less static and more emotional & lively.

Synthesia AI may struggle with understanding complex,
which can sometimes result inaccurate responses, particularly in video
generation. While the voice synthesis is quite, it still sometime
leading to a robotic or flat tone in some cases. So this could be not
have proper result as per expectation.
