an innovative experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the templates, they are very easy to use and dynamic. I also love the avatars, I would like to see more related to industrial services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sometimes experienced problems when exporting videos, but the synthesia team has always solved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With synthesia I avoid spending time creating a video for my LMS from scratch, it benefits me in the agility of our work.
Simply the best AI Video Editor
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia's AI video editor is a fantastic tool for our UK business. We've used the software for 6 months now and created lots of advertising and instructional videos for use on our website, and for our social media channels such as YouTube and Instagram. We particularly love the Alex AI avatar which is extremely realistic. The software is easy to use, the support is excellent and the results are excellent. What do you dislike about the product?
More video processing hour options would be great as we quite often run out of video-generating minutes on the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia enables our business to produce great video content at a reasonable price.
Taking Training Videos to a New Level
What do you like best about the product?
Our SMB has been able to take our training videos to a new level with Synthesia's platform. Super easy to learn, quick AI customer service with the ability to get additional assistance if the AI can't get to the root of the issue, and consistently professional avatars and script to voice generation has been so helpful to accomplish our training goals. The ability to download videos to load to our LMS is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been having to resize/reposition my images when I bring them into templates that have a left or right border. It would be so much easier if the user could customize how the image gets placed (fit to space / fill space). In addition, I'd like to see the ability to purchase additional minutes rather than jumping from 120 all the way up to 360 minutes of video for the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in training, professional avatars keep us from having to deal with inconsistent video backgrounds & sound issues
Synthesia makes AI video production easy
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia make it easy to generate awesome informational videos using only the scripts previoulsy written. It is saving me many hours instead of shooting all the video, editing on a different software, rendering and posting to online platforms. I am very happy with this and I am just learning all the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are still very minor imperfections in the speech or pronounciation, there seem to be work-arounds that clean things up. I find some sentences end with more of a question (higher range) versus a statement completion (lower range)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving many hours of needless video shooting every day. The quality of the end result is excellent and difficult to see it was AI generated.
Synthesia’s latest updates made my video workflow a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new options for customizing visuals and how the interface is now much simpler and faster to use. The new AI voices sound more natural too, saving editing time and making the videos look more professional. These updates helped me work more efficiently and spend more time on the creative part instead of getting stuck with technical stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, customization options feel a bit limited, especially when it comes to advanced editing or integrating unique design elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia helps us avoid spending unnecessary resources on professional equipment when creating short instructional videos, and it also saves us a significant amount of time in the production process.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. More you get familiar with the tools, the better avatars are.

You only need to be careful what languages you are using for video creation. Not all from the list are that great.

Lots of avatars to choose from. Technology is smooth and incredibly advanced.

Not a thing. Using now again after a brief layoff, and as impressed as ever.

We wanted a person to introduce products, modules, lessons in our LMS -- this saves us doing all this with live people, where we would have to do-over time and time again.
A complete game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The system is extremely versatile and really easy to use. We have a lot of written method statement and risk assessment documents that are never easy to communicate effectively to our site teams. Using Synthesia we can make short training videos that are easy to watch and pass over the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the videos are made and the notification received, you cannot access the platform from a mobile device. I appreciate not being able to make / edit videos but it is frustrating that you cannot log in and view them.

Transferring information from written safety documents into engaging video.
Streamlining Our Training Process
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Synthesia that I have utilized is the AI Screenrecorder. It makes creating training videos so easy, I especially like that it transcribes my voice into a script that an AI voice over can read. It is also super helpful that it automatically cuts my video into scenes based on the content, cutting down on the editing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding shapes to the scene, the video automatically cuts to the start of the scene. This is not very user friendly for scenes that include several screen changes. I would like to be able to pause the scene at a specific point and add the shapes at the point where it is paused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows us to create professional looking and sounding videos in a short amount of time. We no longer have to use a real person's voice for a voice over making the videos very polished.
Easy to use, customize and produce high-quality videos
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is outstanding because of the simplicity of the interface and the options to change the script, the avatar, the images and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to change the voice of the avatars. I'd like to be able to mix and match the avatars and the accent of their voices.
