Excellent Software With Excellant Support
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia can do for pennies what it would cost me thousands. And because whenever I use a new program things go wrong their support stayed with me until the videos I created were found.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike yet.

We need to train over a hundred volunteers

A project content got stuck two hours in moderation and I almost couldn't get it in time for a meeting.

I truly enjoy the simplicity of video editing. It is a very easy learning curve than most video creation platforms.

The AI mouths can be a little disturbing in all honesty. However, it is a small flaw that I am not too worried about.

This tool is making our training resources more valuable than ever. The ability to provide client-specific catered videos with easy instructions makes a great supplement to our clients' training materials.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Synthesia is how incredibly easy and efficient it makes creating professional-looking videos without the need for traditional filming or editing. The platform’s user-friendly interface allows quick script input and instant video generation, which has been invaluable when developing engaging and consistent eLearning content, especially for large-scale projects we have been working on. Synthesia’s multilingual support is also impressive, making it perfect for reaching a middle east audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Synthesia is fantastic overall, it would be helpful to have even more customisation options for avatars. Easier use of translating with KSA in mind would benefit my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has transformed how we develop training materials by drastically reducing production time and costs. Instead of coordinating video shoots, we can rapidly create high-quality video content to keep pace with demanding project timelines. For instance, rolling out mandatory training for large international teams is now seamless and consistent across languages and locations. Having our teams digital twins deliver briefings is fantastic for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been Fun designing ideas to incorporate into our marketing strategy. Still needs work on the mouth and voice tech, but I guess the AI engine needs more time and different variables to learn.

It's an Expensive solution, we will trying to figure out the ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia allows me to improve efficiency in my business by creating studio quality video files in a fraction of the time. The software is really easy to use and the customer support team has been very helpful, especially around the implementation into my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight disapppintment is that I am unable to control the speed of the audio delivery by the avatars and on the odd occasion, the lip syncing is noticably slightly inaccurate. The voice quality of the customised avatars also isn't as good as I would have hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows me to create studio quality vidoes in a fraction of the time and thus has significantly increased the output of my education business.

1. The rendering of the personal avatar takes too long
2. I had issues with the eye correction of the personal avatar, first renderings were not usable
3. The videos do not render in real time
4. The German voice sometimes sounds worse than the English one. I can't add natural pitch variations at the beginning or end of a sentence

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create the same videos for our customers with only minor variations. Since our consultant, who appears in the video, works remotely from another city, this is no longer an issue. If the consultant ever leaves the company, we can seamlessly replace the avatar. Additionally, translating the video into multiple languages is effortless.
