Great, is perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the quality of the tool and its results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The style of most actors. There are few actors who can be used in many of the jobs I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment it's too early to have an answer, but it allows me to make videos of presentations that I couldn't do before (in low budget jobs).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It does what it promises. Quickly create videos with an actor or actress narrating the text of your choice, all with a reasonably acceptable result.

Nothing really, the preview of video is gonna be live soon apparently so no real problem

Creating a real walkthrough with a person talking to the audience and not just simple slide. Thanks to this our user understood what the website was about

Explain the products to our users. Being in an AI space it gets hard to explain the benefits of our product. Synthesia makes it easy.
Great for internal and external communication
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Synthesia to create internal training videos and also developing a chatbot using Synethsia videos for external communication.
In the past, we would need to hire an agency to produce the videos and make recordings with real actors or voice actors. Now, we can easily create, edit and design videos with a "human" touch that is pretty real.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the movements, especially lip and mouth, are still not quite there yet.
It would be great if we can download multiple video files in a bundle. Right now, we can only download videos one at a time, which is a hassle.
It would be nice to have more Asian-looking avatars for diversity and also other Asian languages like Taiwanese.

We are creating a chatbot for our end users using Synethia videos.

If anyone is making chatbot, you can combine Synthesia and VideoAsk to create a simple video chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
With a limited budget and no marketing staff, my open rates on video emails and social media posts have increased by 25% since using Synthesia. It is easy to use, and I appreciate the ethnic, language, and tonal diversity. I am encouraged by the frequent improvements added at no extra cost to us. The price is just right for our nonprofit budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the phrase endings are a bit distracting - as if the avatar is gulping or swallowing the last word; however, this is not true of all voices and not a deterrent to our continued use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We continue to engage with a younger audience and older adults who all spend a lot of time in front of screens. They report reading little and are more likely to watch a brief video than read our messages. Using Synthesia is also improving my messaging skills with better response rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an application that is very helpful, particularly for small organizations or departments that need to improve marketing and messaging at a small cost. The company is committed to continual improvement. A smart investment.

The ability to be creative & have the ability to WOW a client with an AI is a GameChanger!

Not much - But the one thing I would love is the ability to an already generated video. Sure it's coming!

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is a fine online tool for developing online courses or having them created by a colleague. While you present this course then and then different languages. Top!

From text to spoken language is still not always perfect, but there is progress. To use it, it is certainly good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Synthesia, I can put more courses online in less time. Or rather have a colleague put them up. I have more time to spare.
Korean is not 100% fully supported yet, but I'm glad to know Synthesia.

It is possible to produce natural presentation videos, which is very helpful for marketing contents.

Korean language service is very unstable.
The speed, accent, and volume are strange, so video editing is required after downloading. I wish it would improve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Synthesia, the company was able to reduce cumbersome tasks and expenses such as filming videos, renting studios, and recruiting models. In particular, content that requires a lot of modification of the images only needs to be created in Synthesia without having to retake them.
Great product with even greater customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia allows us fast video productions with impressive results. It´s a great problem solver for our internal communication as well as for our training products. Incredibly excited about the excellent customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still in development, and here and there it needs some creative workarounds as a user. However, I do appreciate that I feel like Synthesia approaches that by making our company needs part of the further product developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows us to use video formats where usually there is not enough time or money to do so. So far it´s been used for training products (for our employees as well as for our customers) but also for internal communication like news, introducing software products, or explaining new processes.
