A tool that's great for startups to improve their CX, powered by amazing people!
What do you like best about the product?
It works for us:
We are building a B2B SaaS call The Good Workshop, and we are helping companies manage the way they innovate with a sustainability lens. Our tool generates reports around innovation stacks, how efficient a process is, and other more intangible aspects, like the perception of purpose, collaboration and quality of the outcome. We also generate custom innovation plans in seconds instead of days. To make sure that we translate complex processes and methods to as many user types as possible, we create consistent quality video content. Synthesia is one of our few core tools we consider indispensable:
We like the people:
It is great to see how far Synthesia has come, they were on our radar for over a year now, and they have an excellent support team with a very active Slack community! People like Nadia and Dan love to stay in touch with the users and make sure that we make the most of the tool! Although they are a tech company, they have managed to remain a people-led company. We hope we will be able to provide that kind of support as we scale!
The product in detail:
Synthesia is a marvellous tool for excellent quality video creation. It's the only tool out there that we know allows us to create quality videos even when we're out and about. Yes, the process is that easy and also speedy.
As mentioned in our introduction, we use Synthesia for our knowledge base, helping customers better understand complex processes. But also to bring some (AI) human feel into the process-oriented world of sustainability innovations.
The best thing about it is that you can create videos from anywhere, no need to install any software or hire expensive equipment. And you can preview the video before you make it live—for an extra level of certainty. We love the process.
And looking at the price again, it's also very affordable, particularly for startups. Furthermore, it is more of an investment than a cost.
Overall, Synthesia is a great tech solution for creating videos with consistent quality. We would highly recommend Synthesia to anyone looking to make great AI videos from a text in a few moments!

What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking at Synthesia as something that enables our people from diverse backgrounds. We have had a moment where they were so excited about it that we quickly reached our limit/budget. It just made us plan better by communicating our monthly video allowance. We hope they will offer different pricing models in the future but so far happy(ish) with the amount available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in our previous comments, we are generating faster and more consistent videos. It was not a problem that Synthesia solved but more awakened the desire for AI-generated videos. We don't feel the need to use it; we always wanted to have that capability. It feels like an extension of our creative capabilities, and I believe such companies always want to make their users look great. So, that's better than solving a problem!

The best lipsynch
What do you like best about the product?
There's a wide choice of avatars, and you can add different backgrounds and choose accents. But the best is actually the combination of great-sounding audio and best in class lipsynching.
What do you dislike about the product?
More audio markup options would improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating interview questions with the flexibility to add questions later without hiring a whole studio and a cast of actors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some "smaller" languages like Dutch are not so good as the bigger languages. At least you can upload your own voice (or voiceover).

Having the same quality in multiple languages

What do you like best about the product?
How fast the cloud tooling is... You have your deep fake movie in minutes! Just add text in the tool. Add a background video of slideshow and done! Almost to easy :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more avatars in the near future? Would be nice to have more office workers.

We make many user communications and users instructions (multi language) with Synthesia.

Just try it. It is so simple!

Synthesia is a great software, I like the AI Technology that use, and has been very helpfull to create instructional videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well like is a beta version I do not like that I cannot have a preview of the avatar, some avatars have strange facial movements and I cannot see that until I process the final video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great tool for using voice, sounds great in our videos!, also the avatars very real so, has been very helpfull use them in our instructional videos. Also we are doing some test with the API to generate more great functions in our software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Synthesia is the solution of the future. Add innovation to your projects and make them more visually attractive and also fun.
