Shortcut for quality content creation
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very intuitive to navigate and the has a quick learning curve for users. Its able to generate quality content quickly and efficiently. We were able to crank out materials for an online training platform so much more quickly than using traditional filming methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library of icons and videos is fairly limited. Its also difficult to change inflection of some of the voices. Most importantly, there is a very limited number of quality male avatars to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to create a library of video content for a course quickly. We don't have the budget or time for setting up filming days and Synthesia was able to allow us to move forward on this project quickly and efficiently while still creating quality materials.

Intuitive Video Creation with Synthesia: A Must-Have for Engaging Content
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Synthesia's user-friendly interface, which makes it incredibly easy to use for video editing while also offering complex customization options for design elements like colors, brands, and logos. The ability to change voices, write scripts, upload documents, and have the software summarize and create video templates is invaluable. It significantly enhances our promotional and course content, making it more modern and engaging for students. The ease of navigation and the straightforward setup process add to the seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the credit system challenging. I recently encountered a situation where I ran out of credits while updating course content, which forced me to stop my work until the renewal date. It would be beneficial if there was an option to purchase additional credits in advance as a one-time purchase, allowing me to complete the videos without interruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia to create more engaging and modernized videos with less effort, benefiting our students and saving time with concise AI avatars.
Best video maker AI software for non-professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, just like a PowerPoint. but the good part is at the end you'll have a video with zero knowledge of making videos. amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the word pronunciations doesn't work properly and I had to change the word and replace it with something else. If they can fix it, it would be great.

The problem of creating video content for social media or even instructional videos for your clients without having any knowledge about video making and having the budget for hiring a professional video maker.

I like how the AI creates the script and incorporates appropriate videos and pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more steps before the Enterprise version. I would also like the ability to have multiple editors. Easier incorporation of quiz scenarios would be greatly appreciated.

Realistic avatars for use in business training
What do you like best about the product?
I use Synthesia to create short micro-learning training videos on a variety of soft skills. I bring in a powerpoint with the content, then upload the script and either use one of the standard avatars or one of the custom avatars that we have to create the video. I love being able to change the script easily and the avatars look and sound very realistic. Friends who have seen my avatar don't know it wasn't me doing a video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the layout feature to be clunky and hard to use. There aren't many templates and I have given up trying to create a layout in the program. It is clunky to create in another program and then import it, but Synthesia just doesn't create good layouts at the moment. Hopefully that will change.

It is allowing us to create videos that can be easily adapted with different avatars to better match the end user.

What do you like best about the product?
The avatars are incredibly lifelike in their motion and expressions. Combine that with how well the voice over is in sync. It is easy to use and support was fast and effective. It is truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia is not for anyone that wants to create videos based on news, current events or trends. However, I do strongly support their effort to avoid fake news videos.

Synthesia allows me to create interesting and concise content which I can then deliver to customers and potential customer in short bit-sized clips. I am using it to create regular content to help build brand recognition. No more text posts; consumers can simply watch and listen.

First time trainer venturing into the world of video creation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform seems robust and is more intuitive to use than I was anticipating. The familiarity of features and functionality similar to mainstream office products makes picking up the technology fairly easy. With a little trial and error I was able to create videos fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars, while pretty close to being realistic, still have some features/movements that dont feel quite right. My biggest challenge is that in order to view the avatar with your content or to see your own personal avatar in motion for more than 30 seconds, you need to generate your video which is deducted from your paid for credits. The credit process is what I find to be the most challenging part of the product - specifically when you are looking to edit a video and need to regenerate you are "repaying" for the video generation every time you edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training videos that can be updated with ease as information changes. The ability to use AI voice to create content that does not need to be manually re-recorded every time.
