The product, the service, the opportunities!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool gives me the ability, quickly and easily, to add compelling video content into my training courses. It's flexibility (in terms of avatar and language choices) coupled by the ease of use means that, in minutes, I can have a video ready to use. This has transformed my learning styles support in all my courses, and has been a complete "Wow" for my Clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's a downside, I am yet to find it! If anything at all, it would be cool to have some English voices that represent some of the ethnic avatars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, the cost of video production for my training courses has put it out of my range. Synthesia has changed all that, and now my courses are filled with compelling multimedia content.

The video creation feature is super easy to use.

Screen recording, the Webcam avatar voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now don't have to allocate separate time to create my videos. My webcam avatar does it for me.
Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
Obviously what it offers is amazing in itself. Plus the studio in which you create your videos is also very easy to use and is getting even more powerful with everynupdate
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I minorly dislike is you can't see your avatar video in real time as it needs to create it. But on the whole its an amazing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating educational videos. Not only is it saving us money but a lot of time.

The best aspects of Synthesia are its user-friendly interface and powerful AI-driven capabilities. Its text-to-speech functionality and customizable templates significantly simplify the video-making process, offering content creation flexibility and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of a zoom feature can limit precision during editing. Additionally, the difficulty in applying global changes such as font colors may hinder seamless customization. These factors could potentially affect the user experience, and their resolution would enhance the overall functionality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Promotion: It's providing me with a platform to create compelling, professional videos that effectively showcase my company's services. These videos have the potential to reach a wider audience, boosting our customer base and engagement.
Education: I plan to use Synthesia's easy-to-use features to create instructional and educational videos for our open-source project. This should improve user understanding and engagement, making it easier for contributors to participate in the project.

The platform grows and there is a continues improvement. Last time it was only possible to ad 6 slides, but they change it to 10, so it's great..

Easy to use and edit videos, saving a lot of money
The best AI to create video content like a pro.
What do you like best about the product?
AI is realistic, body movements, facial expressions, natural gestures and has a wide variety of languages to choose from. In order to meet the needs and most suitable for the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Thai language content Thai accents are not natural. And there are quite a few AI options that are Asian. Sometimes it takes quite a long time to create a video. cause the release of the video to be delayed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia makes it easy and fast to create videos by using AI to present content. Make the presentation interesting and attractive to the audience and also to create a good image for the organization.
Speech is awesome, still some improvement to be done with slide writing

speech generation works really fine in most languages even non-English. I have seen fewer avatar glitch since a few months ago.

the import module of the slide deck does not enable you to edit further the imported slides

What do you like best about the product?
Consistent updates - When I first began using Synthesia it was a bit clunky and the videos produced reflected that. In the very short time I've been a user, pretty much everything has improved. So much more user friendly and intuitive, and the avatars and animations are fab. My team have commented on how much better my content is now too. The team are super responsive and helpful with all of my questions too (I wouldn't be surprised if they disabled my live chat box with how many questions I ask)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find so far are the voices - very limited AU/NZ accents and they all sound too robotic. I also want to see a female avatar in hi vis uniform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training employees that are spread across the state. I no longer send long emails that are disengaging. It brings some of the human element back when sending comms to team that I can't always see face to face.

The variety of voices you have per language.
They're constantly updating the tool, which is great cause it gives you hope that what you feel is lacking they might add it in the future

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could be able to add expressions to the avatars to have a better match with what we're communicating.
For example one time we used a video with avatar and there was an scene in which the avatar was talking about something sad and he was smiling.

In the past we had to wait several days for receiving an audio in which we would have a lack in good quality and pronnunciation and with synthesia we are owners of the time

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia dramatically reduces the time it takes to create training video content for our company.

The mouth of the avatar does not always align with the words being said. It can look choppy at times but overall still great!
