Great tool that exceeds expectations

What do you like best about the product?
The richness of the environment combined with the avatars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing times for videos initially was irratic, and seemed to either be extremely short, which was good or take extremely long time. However, this does seem to have gotten better recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynchronous training of users with a consistent level of quality vs inconsistent quality when using human presenters.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and it allows me to get my message across to our clients and quick to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no negatives from my point of view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the construction sector where my company supplies high quality timber windows and doors to a lot of clients all from different backgrounds and I find that people don't always read emails properly and misunderstand our quotations so I decided to use Synthesia to help me get my message to our customers in a visual way and it has definitely made a positive difference.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating high-quality educational content in a short time and without investing in large resources
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some details regarding lip movement when creating videos in Spanish, but I am sure they will improve soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me create high-quality content in a very short time to deliver specialized education; everything produced with Synthesia is of magnificent quality.

It's SAAS, It is easy to use. AI voices are impressively realistic. Excellent results.

I have not found anything I dislike about Synthesia.

Making it way easier to generate tutorial videos and promotions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Gestures and Pause features. I've found that if I play around with those, along with the use of commas and periods, I can change voice inflection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all good so far. I've been using the service for about six weeks and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems, but notice that depending on the speech dialect used, some are more realistic than others.

What do you like best about the product?
A fantastic feature of Synthesia is its ability to generate realistic human avatars. These AI-generated avatars can speak in a variety of languages and accents, making it possible to create content that appeals to a global audience. This feature truly sets Synthesia apart and opens up a world of possibilities for content creators.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue that I've encountered is the limitations in voice options. While the current selection is decent, it would be great to see even more diversity in terms of accents and languages.
Another area that could use some improvement is the user interface. Although it's generally user-friendly, there are moments when navigating through the platform feels a bit clunky. Streamlining the interface and making it more intuitive would be a big step in enhancing the overall user experience.
It would be beneficial for users to have more flexible pricing options, especially for those who may not require all the features offered in the current plans. Offering a wider range of pricing options could potentially attract even more users to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major issue Synthesia tackles is the time-consuming and costly process of traditional video production. By leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, Synthesia significantly reduces the time and resources required to create professional videos, making it more accessible and affordable for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using synthesia on our weekly basis for infoming customers of related features of our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more offered sound of natural speakers or to have a posibility thave your voice sythetisised. It would be nice to have an app to use it from OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create a video and share it on YT.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has made it easy for me to create promotional videos for my products and services
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the characters could be able to change clothes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would have required me to source a person to do Synthesia's work; it would have needed recording sessions and lots of editing. And all that is solved by this one tool, making it even easier to start and finish quickly with a high-quality finished product.

What do you like best about the product?
The Positives:
Synthesia is easy to navigate, easy to render videos and for the price was worth a shot at trying out. There are several templates and avatars to use to fit just about any situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lips don't sync very well on the samples we've tried to this point. You can definitely tell they are AI videos. If the quality improves, we will use it more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is that marketing videos can be made very quickly and implemented into our marketing strategy. The manual process to record and edit videos is now replaced.

Synthesia is a handy and quick-to-edit tool, easy to translate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be best if you remembered the Syhnthesia is not the folded solution for everything, it is easy to over usage - then after a while, you can have only the videos with a "talking head".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always have a short deadline to finish the videos and learning content and reduce the cost of translations and real-actor videos.
