Pretty good video assistant tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily edit videos without re-recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited female voice selection. In American US voices, limited to slight accents or white female voices. No African-American presence.
Intonations are missing. Cannot form questions or exclamations. Speed adjustment is requested. The speed is too quick in some instances. The greatest feedback from users is that the speech is too fast. Am now downloading into Camtasia to edit the clip speed.
In some instances, recording videos myself have turned out quicker.

When products have changed, rather than re-record a video, I can edit the text and republish.
Easy to Create Realistic Videos
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely adore the simplicity of creating scripts, choosing avatars, and generating polished videos with Synthasia. I rely on this incredible tool for crafting training videos and sharing them on YouTube. It's truly a remarkable resource that never fails to impress me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Synthasia that I find slightly disappointing is the occasional quirks and peculiar movements of certain avatars. Specifically, I'm not particularly fond of the sporadic ticks and unusual head, eye, and mouth movements that some avatars exhibit. It would be great if these aspects could be further refined to enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthasia truly alleviates the fear associated with video creation and significantly accelerates the editing process. This exceptional tool eliminates any hesitations or anxieties one may have about diving into video production. Moreover, it streamlines the editing workflow, allowing for faster and more efficient post-production tasks. With Synthasia, the entire video creation process becomes a breeze, empowering creators to unleash their creative potential.
Feature-rich AI product
What do you like best about the product?
The features available are more plentiful than any other program I have seen. The Avatar features include the ability to choose where in the scene the Avatar is displayed, the style such as full, circle or voice only on a frame-by-frame basis. Good choice of voices and styles available. Video features include the ability to add text, backgrounds, music, and even background videos. I have even inserted other AI vdeos generated by other software as a frame in a Synthesia video. I had the Synthesia Avatar poke fun (mildly) at the other software's Avatar's stiffness. It made the Synthesia Avatar appear even more realistic. The transition options are also great. I can time the media to be inserted using the delay feature and have it appear at the right time using the transition feature of choice. I also like that I do not have to start with a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10 frame limit. The monthly cost, even though I have taken advantage of the pay 9 get 12 discount. The lack of admin tools to monitor my account such as a check balance feature. Since the Avatars do not animate in draft mode, the inability to see how inserted editing functions, such as a head nod, eyebrow raise, etc., before the video is created, is an irritation. Although there is apparently the capability to play the background video sound, I have not received a suitable answer as to how to do this. The number of Avatars who have "full" views is limited which is a minor annoyance.

The adaptability to use different avatars and voice choices to get the most impactful message possible in marketing campaigns.

There need to be more facial and body movements that are authentic.

The ease of use - I simply copied a powerpoint presentation and the system did the rest

Best product to progress our training to date!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and you get so much help from the team. It's really promoted our training and how to videos with our customers and our staff are now able to be more proactive rather than reactive.
There are loads of demo's, templates how to's and you are regularly updated with ways to make videos more engaging for viewers. It's been a wonderful upgrade for our company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our company name is used as a diction, there isn'y a way to have a diction libaray so for everytime we enter our company name it can be pronounced properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hitting a gap within our company for training methods and instructions on how to use some of our services, it makes it more engaging for our customers and means we can truly focus on helping meet their needs and expectations by having the videos in place. It also reduces repetitive meetings for similar services and means staff have more time for other priorities.

Most realistic AI charactors ever
What do you like best about the product?
The realistic look and the ease of use and the fact you can have multiple scenes

nothing so far. It offers everything i need to service clients with a quality product

it's very professional and is time saving not having to use several programmes to get the same result
Great platform for creating your branded AI videos
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, there are many suitable templates or just build one from scratch. You can choice different languages and avatars, which is great. What I also really like is that you can adjust videos that you've already made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The English speaking voice is really almost fluent and indistinguishable from a computer voice, but the Dutch voice is not yet 100% as you expect. Hopefully this will be improved over time. The mouth movement of the avatar is also not completely synchronized.

We inform our customers and prospects about our software's features by creating the AI videos. This way we create extra value on our product's support portal.

Synthesia has the advantage of having templates for all the services you may need, and you can change the avatars as you like, easy to use after practicing.

it doesn't have many tutorials to quickly learn how to use it

I wanted to make advertising videos for my brand and couldn't find a tool to make it easier for me. In Spanish and in any other language.
The boost my business needed
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to use. I really like all of the bells and whistles available to make a spectacular presentation etc. I have used any other AI programs. So far, I don't see a reason to.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I keep getting directed back to my desk top whenever I try to view my videos on iPhone or iPad. Not sure if it's user error, but it appears to be a tech issues

I have a start up and not a lot of funds for great advertising and or pitching my business. Synthesis was the perfect fix. People love my videos and I have gain a few clients.
