What do you like best about the product?

Synthesia is easy to use and figure out. It doesn't take long to create the videos especially if uploading a powerpoint presentation. I like the visuals of the avatars and subtitles and enjoy using the different features.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Arabic voices sound aggressive (not as friendly as the English ones) and I would like to be able to type English words in the middle of the Arabic text such as 'WhatsApp' to be read out properly. I would like the option of more than 10 slides per video

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work at a tutoring platform where we need to train new tutors through tutorial videos. Synthesia helps me create these videos for the tutor training in a much shorter time than before when we had to work with animation and editing.

What do you like best about the product?

It's very intuitive and it can let you save a lot of time while creating videos in several languages.
The quality of text-to-speech is quite high. There is also a wide choice of avatars.

I found the possibilities of timeline management too limited. It would be great to be able to align precisely the audio with embedded videos.

I can copy and paste scripts into Synthesia and easily build a video around these. There's a great choice of voices and avatars and the pronunciation is very accurate.

When I just need to edit a title or make a few changes, it's a bit frustrating that the whole video needs to rebuild.

It's transformed how we produce video tutorials and enabled us to create these quicker and in a format which can be edited in the future.

It was easy to create a video using different avatars and voices to match the tone I want for the speech. I like how I can use multiple avatars in one video.

The cost to use my own avatar is way too high priced for a business starting up like mine. I can't afford it. If only there are other options for start-up businesses like mine who doesn't have the budget for that investment.

Since I have problems with public speaking and coming up with a script on what to say, I like how it can create a script for me by entering a few details on the topic and how I want it to sound like whether it is a convincing sales script or a training presentation describing process and SOP.

The speed and ease of updating and editing make this tool invaluable to developing training programs quickly. I love the automatic playback and ease of trigger assignment.

What do you dislike about the product?

More ability to customize clothing (even just color?) for non-enterprise users to help fine-tune avatars would be nice. I suggest you add a "marketplace" where a developer for a small cost can add assets that can augment the avatar's customization for a small cost per project, per avatar.....??

Ease of editing and realistic avatars and add on top the "cherry" of ease of other languages, really seem like a great product for my current use of small quick training augmentations to eLearning.
