What do you like best about the product?
I like that their customer service is always willing to assist. I admire how easy Synthesia is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having a better variety of avatars. Sythesia need more attractive looking avatars, and those wearing business suits, ties etc. also for the woman business suits and dresses Also, they need to remove v2 avatars that look robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with robotic movement and looking more realistic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Synthesia can create an almost realistic AI representation of a real person who appears neutral, frinedly, and represents our business image professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more English accents that sounded natural and less 'perfect'. It would be nice to have some easily addable moving background effects to improve slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing to have & learn additional video editing software and, of course, removes the need for cameras, microphones, and actors. It makes video creation easier!
It’s simple to use and incredibly responsive, unbelievable.

It is now one of my coaching tools for my business that allows me to create content at a faster rate without so many video takes.

I really Havnt noticed a downside other than I need to get the model of myself.

I love the avatars. And they speak Portuguese, too! Support works great, (very nice people) even if I don't always agree on the content policy. But we're getting our own avatar. . Let's see..

The content moderation policy makes it really hard to do proper product ncommercials.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use to create, edit and update your videos and presentations. There is a very large range of avatars and more importantly - a huge range of voices and accents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plans available on the website are limited to 1-minute videos. You need to upgrade to an Enterprise account to produce longer material, it would be good if they have pay-per-minute pricing available on the web site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to edit the presentation text without having to re-record with the presenter, and then be able to change languages. There is no other way to do it - so it's a great solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Really intuitive layout so no guessing or messing around trying to get started. Was able to produce my first video within an hour. No hassle or having to think. Even fun trying to create phonetics for abbreviations and some words. Practical and a great addition to any business toolkit
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to verify your videos. Ha ha at 99% or 1minute for ages. Really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No face marketing. Using avatars to make product and service announcements. Works to the market bias and as such to my advantage.

Unused credits from 1 month are not transferred to the next one and the users cannot check the balance by themselves.

Synthesia is a great product that is easy to use! Love it! Thanks for such a great user experience and allowing me to build my training videos to be created and uploaded in 1/2 the time it used to take me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot complain. Synthesia is building many new features and benefits! I am excited to see the new products as they are released! Thanks for such a great user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building some training videos in my Skool account. It is great to have a quick and user-friendly solution for building out content. It is simply the best product I use currently.
