It is a very useful tool for content creation
What do you like best about the product?
We have chosen to use Synthesia to present our product. To create professional videos
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that the workspace is not customizable. For instance, when I try to place text or narrow lines, I am unable to zoom in to see them clearly, and it becomes difficult to adjust the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our audience finds videos to be more interesting and exciting
Quick and Hassle-Free Visual Storytelling
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is akin to Powerpoint in some ways. Due to this similarity with a popular tool, the learning curve of Synthesia is relatively fast. The numerous training videos are a treat for customers wanting to learn Synthesia and take great videos using their tips and tricks. It is an excellent tool for quick video production without the hassle of "green screen, cameras, voice-over actors and a litany of other props."
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of video minutes per month is a constraint. If they can allow the purchase of additional minutes and, more importantly, allow the carryover of unused minutes, the tool will become much more usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to produce product videos rapidly without needing external skills. Even a non-creative person can create a decent video. We have done a few videos now and it is super easy.

Good range of templates, easy to navigate, good range of stock content
What do you dislike about the product?
Support - lousy - and takes at least 23 hours - often with sill requests
Avatar needs more movement - we are using V2 as they suit our industry - maybe upgrade them?
Videos !!!! Need to be able to control how they are displayed within content - currently, they continue regardless of settings and have to be on a separate screen.
Change Avatar voice inflections.. especially the ability to emphasize words.
Need to be able to view Avatar actions prior to generating the video .. or at least not have the content counted to you limit until "published".

Rapid development with engaging content.
Efficacy and Efficient to variables in economics that are really difficult to master.
What do you like best about the product?
Each tool is precise to what a user needs. The interface is fantastic and easy to learn, whereas the templates are user-friendly and can be easily adapted to business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is no downside for now; however, the platform must continue to improve to keep up with competitors. I would like in the future to have more senior executive-looking avatars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time scheduling long sections of videos with social media. I get these videos done in a matter of minutes. And the best part is that the IA content generator sets the bases for the video's spoken content.
Great easy to use and love the choice of avatars.

They have done a really good job with the avatar choices. The templates make it easy to use.

Can't think of anything negative at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
The avatars and the transitions between shapes, images, scenes, etc, across the board. They may take some time to choreograph all together, but your video will benefit the more time you take on the visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to create a lifelike quality and good video that matches up well from top to bottom through its entirety, it takes a lot of time, but once generated or published, I think it's well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn boring documents and training booklets into informational videos using multimedia engagement and video editing.
I don't know if it's more productive to create, but it allows the audience to get through the information more productively for sure.

Excellent & easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and get started! The platform is user friendly - anyone can do it! It's also very easy to download and upload the videos into an LMS or other video hosting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Synthesia- it's all around a great value for the subscription fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is serving multiple roles with our organization. It's been really effective in our Learning and Development department as well as our overall general training modules.

We are very pleased with the versatility of the application which allows us to add an artistic touch to our promotional communications.
Before getting to know this service, I used Elai.io but I am convinced that choosing Syntesia was a significant upgrade for my communication work

What do you dislike about the product?
we don't have any negative notes, it would probably be better to have a non-subscription payment solution but it is not a problem to continue with this payment solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the possibility to use the available templates speeds up our content creation work a lot and the users of our site appreciate the modern style of these contents a lot
Synthesia Has Made Me Look Great In The Content Creation Space!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use to get a video done. I am sure there are some components of this that I can quickly learn, but it's relatively easy to get up and running. I love the platform. It's easy to use and so much fun to work with. I have some cutting-edge videos to get my company names out there how I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I particularly DISLIKE, except I am not sure what my pricing would be if I wanted to create an entire course. I do want to do this soon!

- not enough choice in terms of export quality - would like the option to choose 4K
- can't generate specific clips, causing us to generate an entire project again just to fix one small error
- buggy, sometimes you'll press back from a project and it'll take you somewhere it shouldn't have. another example is when i started a Ai project, put all the information in and then it went back to the original menu and all work saved was lost.

- pasting in text will space it weird, won't put it in correctly forcing me to manually go through and space out all the text correctly... this particular issue needs to be fixed please :)

saves us a lot of time in terms of us filming, recording and setting up voice overs for clients. this benefits me as it cuts out all those steps and allows me to do it all from my workstation
